I shared 35 truths about me today, some of them my family doesn't even know about me. It's funny how doing this exercise helped me to get to know myself a little better. Try it, it's fun! Tell me one thing about yourself that no one else knows!
I see a lot of your viewers mention having a lot in common with you. I can't say I'm the same. I can't cook your recipes (gestational diabetes), we are in different stages of life, I don't have children yet (at least for a few more weeks!), and we definitely have different religious beliefs. But I still love watching your videos. Your positive, magnetic personality is a rare find on youtube. One thing we definitely have in common is the love of family. I do hope someday mine is as close as yours.

I read a readers digest story a long time ago. This lady had a really good friend. Her friend was like you. Always cleaning. Her friend died. The lady got a phone call to visit with friends but needed to clean. She looked around the house and thought this is just stuff. It was not food or anything like that just clutter. She thought to herself I could be dead in the next minute. This stuff will be here if I leave and come back. There are more important things in life than being a slave to cleaning. Everyone likes a clean home but a home is not expected to be immaculate all the time. 😊 I think you have a nice life, so blessed.

Some things makes me cry.
My husband was not growing up with learning to dance.
Me and my 4sisters grew up with dancing. So my husband &I took 3 months danckessen so he can do basics. And we still dance not like years ago. Because when I am 20 drs say when I am 40 can not walk annymore.
Thers is only 1 God who can tell me that. I am 66 still walking with cane ir hold my husband, and I still dance a little.
I was always dancing with our kids in front of mirror too.
Our Youngest son start ballet when5.
He dances 2x for the Queen in Netherlands.
And here in Canada his foot got sore and than he need to give his dream up😢😢

Hi Jennifer! I can relate to #26. I can't relax if chores are staring me in the face! Mom had a rule that we had to do our chores and afterwards we had free time. It is a good habit for young and old! Thank you for sharing tidbits about yourself with us! I always look forward to your videos!

Oh Jennifer - I’m here to encourage you to paint! I’m 61, my husband is about to retire, I’m also a member of our church, and I just began watercolor painting a couple of years ago. It is so fun and so uplifting for me! I look forward to it everyday! (Even though I cant paint everyday). I’m currently taking a couple of classes from Cindy Briggs (from Utah and also a member). She teaches watercolor from around the world - online for people like me! To say that I just love it would be an understatement. It’s pure joy! 32 did surprise me! 33 was my favorite. And 34 was also my favorite! I wish both my brothers and I could be that way. But I hope that it is definitely that way when our mom is gone (hopefully a long time from now)!. :)

I chuckled at your antics with the drivers license because growing up we NEVER wore seatbelts, bicycle helmets or shoes while riding our bicycles and we also walked a 1/4 mile to meet our father every night to ride home on the tailgate of the truck...and all 9 of us lived to tell the stories!!! I fear today’s children are missing out on the little things in life BUT I do know that these are different times. Some days as Im sitting chatting with my husband, he and I share so many memories of back when as he grew up in his dads IGA store so as you can imagine that holds a million memories too. Thanks for sharing your facts of interest and love those babies and grand babies as long as you can for things can change in a heartbeat!!!:):):)
