How I record my gameplays: e.lga.to/wroe - Hry
You’re probably not gonna see this but for the back flip:
1. Try and keep your head still for as long as you can (pick a spot and focus on it)
2. When you swing your arms try and get them behind your ears when you take off.
3. Don’t bend down too far when your taking off, means your using more energy to get up.
This is coming from a diving coach so I hope this helps.

@@seebaars6511 I mean the truth is if you're really not confident, you probably shouldnt try it yet because you're likely to set off then hold yourself back so it could go wrong.
Once you gain some confidence and have worked on jumping height and rotation though i'd start with using a trampoline if you can or if not a matress will do, this will make you a bit more confident so you don't bottle it. if you can get someone there to spot you (pretty much if you're gonna fall on your head they'll help). If you have a trampoline though i'd probably start with bouncing on your back then trying to rotate round to your feet again just to get a feeling for the rotation.
When you go for it though make sure you really go for it, dont hold yourself back.
i enjoy actually seeing harry be mature instead of just screaming hes a very genuine guy and i definitely enjoy videos like these
