I love the final result! This does get harder as we get older...! I look at my eyes close up in the makeup mirror and can't believe that's me looking back! I never had a drooping lid before, but now I do with age. The aging skin on and around the eyes also makes the eye makeup application more tricky!
PREACH! Doing wings with aging skin is no fun at all.

Thanks so much for sharing this video. I am 56 and have hooded lids. I actually haven't used any eye makeup other than mascara for about 5 years because I would do all the work and you couldn't even see it when I looked straight ahead! It was so frustrating!
So I watched your videos and now I've gone and purchased new makeup and I'm looking forward to trying this out. LOL, I had to get a new makeup mirror too, because along with the more hooded eyes can bifocal lenses & I couldn't see enough without my glasses using my old mirror!!! Oh the joys of getting older! Anyway, thanks for this video, I found it to be very informative and very helpful for my eye situation.

I just bought the L'oreal La Palette Nude 1 this week and i am sooo happy with the colors. they are very pigmented and easy to blend. I really like all the colors. So, I am going to use your techniques with my new shadows. I am very excited.

I have a really drooped right eye. It's always so hard to get makeup to look right. my left eye droopes a little, but not as much as the left. I've tried a cat eye before... it looked like i just go punched.

Thank you so much for a most helpful video! There are so many videos for hooded eyelids but not so many for droopy eyes, which I have, on top of eyes with a really deep set crease. I find it almost impossible to do a winged eye liner on them and I can't find any thing really on how to do a wing on such eyes. Anyway, can't wait to try this out!!

Terrie McNamara I disagree. I have droopy eyes and wear eyeliner on my waterline on top and bottom and it looks very pretty..makes my eyecolor pop. it's about preference. these tutorials are about what might make our eyes appeal more. but in reality, it's about preference. it's like women with dark skin who go blonde. it's not recommended, but they still like how they look and some can pull it off.

same here, look at my default for example. Without it, my eyes are very hooded (not so much droopy, but it does have the same effect). I love my eyeliner, and I love black too! I will use brown on most occasions
