I have to say it's the only one that isn't creepy from the many personalities the others have, my furby boom went dead for a while and when I took it to school one day walked away then came back it was on and then went dead again

The sealed in box Furbys often don’t work because the gears become stuck, you can easily “jump start” them by turning the motor manually

1:25/1:59 (I know that this came out about 5 years ago), but the old 1998/1999 Furby does actually work! Becuase they were kept in the box for such a long time (and not turned on), the gears can get a bit stuck from possible dust! To get it to work properly, you'll have to take the fur and shell off to manually turn one of the gears inside to get them moving! I have 11 of the 1998/1999 Furbys, and had to do this to 7 of them :)
(Also $500??? That seller definitely scammed you/overpriced that Furby, cuz they're worth around $30-$80 depending on their condition and if they were a limited edition variant, [which that specific Furby was not])
Once again I know that this came out 5 years ago, but I just wanted to say that in case anyone else was curious about it
