Wow even a young interviewer recognises Ian Wright played in the last great era of football. Towards the end Ian Wright came to Forest for a short spell and even scored on his debut. He was a massive star and was having banter with a bloke sat in front of me making the crowd laugh like an old mate. I remeber thinking wow the instant relationship he has with football fans was as if he'd played at the City Ground for years.

More effort should be put into defining the offences and appropriate sanctions and less into funding campaigns peddling flashy posters and paraphernalia whilst doing little more than talking a grand game.
There isn't even consensus on what constitutes an offence in this context. Football as a backdrop affords just about as universal a backdrop as can be had, but even here, what's acceptable abuse from the terraces in, for instance, Italy, Russia and many parts of Eastern Europe is condemned in England and many parts of Western Europe. Without binding consensus with sanctions consistently applied by governing bodies, it will largely be ad hoc tokenism and empty talk.
