Custard:
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
50 g / 1.8 ounces condensed milk (3 tbsp)
200 ml / 6.8 fluid ounces of milk (1 cup)
Cook at medium power, stirring constantly, until it boils and thickens.
Add 20 g / 0.7 oz of butter (1 tbsp)

3 eggs
180 g / 6.3 ounces of sugar (1 cup)
70 ml/ 2.4 fluid ounces vegetable oil (2/5 cup)
100 g / 3.5 ounces sour cream (5 tbsp)
160 g / 5.6 ounces wheat flour (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
60g / 2.1oz Rice Flour (1/4 cup)
10 g / 0.35oz Baking Soda (2 tsp)
Lemon peel
50 ml/ 1.7 fluid ounces Lemon juice (1/4 cup)
Bake in the oven at 180 °C (360 ° F) for 40 minutes
Garnish with powdered sugar
