Hi, did you know that Konami lost the original source code for "Silent Hill","Silent Hill 2" and "Silent Hill 3."
This loss became widely known during the development of the "Silent Hill HD Collection,". Developers who were responsible for creating the HD Collection, had to work from unfinished versions of the games. This led to numerous issues and bugs that weren't present in the original, most importantly the fog doesn't look right.
Also, during this time developers in Japan would deliberately delete stuff so that rival companies couldn't copy them, they didn't take into account the interest in retro gaming more than 20 years later, crazy right.
This video and all my others use the original PS1 game, personally I prefer the wonderful pixel look of the original games, I don't think the remakes look right, but what a task they had having to work more or less from scratch.
