yup, andi has always been like this. Kiva has this weird passive aggressive attitude and "I am always right" mindset.
It actually lowers Rp opportunity way more than I think people think by not having felons able to have businesses. For example, a creative mayor would look at the situation and if they had hesitation maybe say "OK, felons can have business up north, but in order to do so they need to take a mandatory sensitivity class on effective communication and team building, maybe even a few sessions with a psychologist for a psych evaluation." and then you build this entire other division of RP with felons having to take these classes on basically how to be a nice person and not shank other people. Like imagine the hilarity of all the clown in a classroom with some Flanders from The Simpsons mother fucker singing about sharing is caring, and the insanity/ interesting RP that could happen? You can set up these little micro roadblocks of RP that do make it a little harder for a Felon to get a business, but not impossible. and it promotes RP along the way. Imagine that?
I will further reinforce this by saying it has NEVER not been funny when Mr. K has been forced to take a class or something. If they really wanted to go crazy they could shorten prison punishment's for criminals that volunteer to go into a probationary program that makes them have to talk to a phycologist or whatever, and they get handled by the same workers that do the classes, that way you actually keep those people busy at like all times, and prison can be shorter for those who wish to spend less time there and instead do a little probation RP. The cherry on top would be that this is an option the state provides and not a requirement. Which is actually something that happens in real life were someone agrees to like go to rehab or whatever and the court subsidizes some of their time for getting clean/ in a program.

Itâs obvious Andi doesnât really have plans for Blaine county and is just making up random things she, her friends, and BCSO wants on the fly. Sheâs said it many times already, nothing is wrong with the server. It only needs events and faster cop cars. Andi and her friends have been living in their own bubble up north and have no clue nor care about what happens in the city, where 80%+ of the population and RP happens.
There wonât be any difference between people who âownâ a business up north compared to right now. Nino at least recognizes that having a business license needs to include incentives and benefits, which is something dumb mayors & admins like Max/MoonMoon and Andi/Kiva failed to understand. It doesnât matter if youâre a crim or civ âowingâ a business because thereâs literally no benefits as of now.
yup, she's an admin and that's what they think about the server. If it wasn't for Koil, shit wouldn't have changed at all and it took Koil just a few hours to see how bad things were under these admins.

I like her opinion i think it fits well with the north culture even if people donât see it does, k is a minority in this situation. Many groups have clean people up north dedicate to their businesses so it fits in line for them. Thatâs the main priority is fitting in line with the people up north. I think people need to realize the people up north have a different culture that isnât going to fit well with k they would like to have sbs moments with cg just they work differently. I think the pp arc and the k hell bent on destroying the north just kinda needs to stop. Their many reasons 1. People are not waking up, 2. Itâs not fun being shit on, 3. The toxic hoppers because they donât agree or give their streamer what they want it just needs to move on a be positive because we lose good people. Civs need to have a place in the city and the quite up north could be their home and it can be positive to give them more to do then just be a clean guy for a wh it also is risk which is needed. Cultures just different and thatâs fine the bulling just needs to end

Yes I get what k is saying but the conversation with CL didnât go as planned because a lot of groups have clean people especially up north itâs a different culture. I get it it effect people but heâs speaking as a minority Larry said he wouldnât mind being clean and running his chicken shop up north. If people have an issue they can talk to her about it right but no one besides k did. I get his perspective but it doesnât affect or limit things it gives clean people a reason to be clean.
People say the pd can do this or that but the reality is even today when they had ramee on the ground they just let things go because they donât want to take the heat and the people up north are frustrated because people are not waking up at the end of the day the arc needs to end sooner rather than later because the damage is already bad and the more it continues it will get worse. I donât think viewers see that perspective because they have strong opinions. At the end of the day itâs different cultures and thatâs going to be hard to understand even viewers struggle.

I kinda understand her on this one, she is trying to run blaine county, and doesn't want crims running businesses up there, it's quite simple, if you've ever played fivem rp servers you know how atrocious player run businesses can be that are just run by crims and gangs. I'm not saying it would be like that on NP or anything, and I KNOW, ramee, K, vinny etc have all run businesses before as crims, BUT they want CLEAN people to be running businesses up north, not mr K, Ramee or vinny.. sure it limits the number of people who can operate businesses, but at least the people who can and will, are less likely to be involved in crime or gangs..

Why though? From an RP perspective it is just a complete blocking of different RP to happen. Even if crims use businesses illegaly. That is RP for cops to investigate and RP for anyone involved with the businesses. Business relations RP and probably people moving around much more between the city and Blaine county to visit said businesses. Meaning people will run into each other more and thus create even more RP. Without businesses there we instead get NOTHING.
cool, so in a few weeks/months when literally no one is in Blaine Country except PD and one/two gangs, I'm sure that'll be fun and a lot of RP going on.
So who in the civ group gonna create some impacting businesses? Just the fact he still struggles to open WuChang which was a big part of server events in 3.0 is already concerning.... Tell us on top of your head anyone that was important as a civ in 3.0?
Itâs so easy to have someone run a business as a front while still supporting them behind the scenes. CIV rp is really struggling in the city so I donât necessarily think this is as catastrophic as K or chat believes.
It is catastrophic. It blocks RP and prevents majority of the server from owning a business up north. Not everyone wants to go around looking for a clean person to have them propose a business on their behalf
Very rarely you seen civs group make lasting impacting businesses....
