But the end wasn’t in English subtitle, so I had to guess what she said to him at the end at the lake!! Omg what a beautiful story!! Who needs ROM-COM!! The scene where cheol min sitting on wheelchair watching her should be put in the movie.
It explains why he doesn't say nothing to her. He thinks that she has rebuild her life with other man, and then decides to dissapear.
On the movie you cant understand why he appears after 2 years, suddlenly in the store, and why he doesn't tell her Who he is. That lost scene is the key to understand his behaviour

Another beautiful movie and these clips are great too, thank you. They should have been included. Especially the one of So Ji Sub watching Han Hyo Joo in the shop with Jin Goo.It would have put more emphasis on the fact that he saw she was happy without him. I noticed that the hospital scene with him letting go of the stone was added to the final movie, good move. The chemistry between SJS and HHJ was superb. He is a beautiful, handsome, gorgeous , sexy man as is Jin Goo, although he only has a cameo role. HHJ is a very good actress too, very natural and believable in the role. Great casting, great movie. @jisub aholic - I've watched that movie at least 7-8 times as it is my favorite. Your answers make perfect sense but can I ask you how you know these things? Is it from the extra disks that are not included in the USA version of the dvds?
One more question: How did SJS just happen to show up at the right time at her apartment to rescue her from her rapist boss? Were they dating regularly by then?
+Ramona TP That extra/bonus disc has been included just only JP edition. It has those deleted scenes and production notes. Thant's why I learn from it. As your asking, I guess he wanted to give Jung-hwa his ornament wreath from his orphanage sister.then he went to her home accidentally he could rescued her ..? I guess.

3 questions: 1) what is significance of gold ticket with glossy gold lettering that he's holding while in the wheelchair outside her shop? 2) what is significance of the tan colored folded paper he's holding while in the wheelchair but indoors at the hospital? 3) in the movie, at the end - what does the braille engraved on the table at "their spot" across from the orphanage say as he runs his fingers over it?
+CrixusHeart OK, At first answer about 1) that is a label sticker including Jung-hwa's pottery shop notice,which affixed she had brought a flower pot ...when she had volunteered work(giving her massages) at hospital where Cheol-min had been in those days. I guess Cheol-min wanted to see her again,to look for her pottery shop with that shop notice.
as 2), That is ORIGAMI(art is paper folding). I guess if Cheol-min was folding a green turtle why he missed Jung-hwa and his pet ..???? sorry but I don't know.
as 3), the braille meant Jung-hwa's favorite words from "Romeo and Juliet" by. Shakespeare.
"Her eye discourses,I will answer it."
Jung-hwa has been waiting for Cheol-min's coming back to her, at "their spot".

+Tanya Sky (*****Spoiler Alert****) I saw another ending (a slightly different from this clip) , SJS didn't try to walk into the water, just released the turtle & saw the art table (which was made by the Han Hyo Joo), she found him and they hugged. Finally he said: "I love you" to her. He is able to talk but just don't wanna talk before.

He was abetted smuggling diamonds in the crystal ball from Tai to South Korea. Then he got stabbed at a port in South Korea.
