Your commentary is always humorous, entertaining, insightful, and educational.
My hats off to your friend Joe he really bust his ass to get these cars!
I have bought several off of him and nicest guy works his ass off for you/me. Really impressed me how great he is.
Boys, I believe I would have let mother earth keep it. Kudos.
That looks like a big challenge, even for you Mr. Goodpliers... a truck only you would love.
Wish I had these guys energy, good job 👍
Lotsa good parts. That grill guard looks like the same they used on 57-60.
All of you definitely put sweat equity into the F100 and everyone got their aerobic points in today.
That thing is toast. Lol
Runs like a champ.
The best use for this truck now would be the views. Maybe a few odds and ends, small parts. Thanks again Tim.
I remember my dad working this hard when I was a kid to get old cars out, and then he’d haul them in for scrap for $50. Times have changed a lot in the last 25 years
I believe you crushed old farm truck's in better shape
@@nickfortunato2938 I grew up crushing tree row classics, so I’m a little desensitized at this point I think haha
@@AdventuresMadeFromScratch Lol we come from both sides, I'm not going to lie it's a little hard watching your videos but I understand that it's your profession
The old chev back to the right looked like a project
Someones got a serious case of junk fever
Not sure but I think those old unibody trucks can be worth some $
@@evisin77 you're probably correct he knows what he's doing
Now…… be nice….
My dad has a 1964 4x4 Ford and it has that grill guard , although his is a bit of a Frankenstein
I like your t shirt rugby is our main sport here in New Zealand
Thanks! This shirt was a garage sale find. I have never played - I would probably break in half LOL
I wish I had a dollar for every brake drum Joe has freed off!
Great hustle, and great footage of the process from start to finish. Good video!
The old Ford Truck didn’t want to leave its home and put up a fight. 😎👍🇨🇦
Nice
Very cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Silas sent me over. Your channel looks good, can't wait to start watching 👍
Mornin Tim and Friends!!!!
Good morning Randy! Thanks again for stopping by the channel!
Looks like a good parts truck
Nice recovery!!!👍👍👍👍👍❤🇺🇸
Kenny, why the uniform? Does it make you feel important?
After reading through the comments, as usual the ones with only negative comments know little to nothing about what is going on here.
You know you are doing something right when you have “the haters”, with their Monday morning quarterback opinions.
People always hate what they can’t understand
"Adjustable hammer" 😂
I love old junk but I would have left it in peace. Too far gone and too much work. Enjoy
Pretty bad shape, Even for you guys to drag home!!
I would like to see the final product
Just subbed to your channel , silas sent me . Will watch all and catch up when i have some time
This truck wasn’t rescued. It was exhumed.
Hi guys, I like that you make.
I must be missing something. Is that old Ford really worth that much effort. If it was you would think some guy with a proper wrecker would just hook it up and gone.
Yes and no... It was so sunk in, you would have still needed to do most of the work to get it up and out and latched on the truck. Then you still would have fought the stuck drums and flat tires. A wrecker can drag something around, but would be useless to get a dead vehicle up on a trailer. Flat tires are nothing but a headache for loading, especially on the steer tires. The sidewalls fold up and make it impossible to keep the vehicle out of the trailer fenders.
I'm curious; what is the appeal of this F100 to make it worth all the effort and time? Hope you'll take us along when you do with it whatever. Please?
IT LIKE PULLING UP THE TITANIC...
FLOATING ALONG
Would love to see this Ford truck post restoration ❤️
The more I see this truck the more I'm screaming why !
At Joe Deck...NOT even 2 minutes in and i'm Thinking NO WAY! Leave That JUNK where it is!
Common Joe Deck... I was thinking about fixing it up for you...
PLS. DONT TAKE THIS THE WRONG WAY I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS I LEARN ALOT !!! BUT WHY THIS TRUCK THERE ARE OTHER TRUCKS THERE TO SAFE ??? IM WAITING FOR PART 2 ON OSCAR THAT GREAT TRUCK...PEACE!!!!
This went way smoother than Bidens Crapganistan military departure...
Unibody are hard to find
Yes. Only in the sales lineup for a couple years before they were discontinued
@@dogandballproductionsgoodb7215 Yet, at the same time - what HERE is worth saving that truly makes the unibody special? Frame bent, cowl & cowl to windshield area destroyed. IF (& its a BIG if) the bed to cab area isn't ate up or gone, that's really it right there. Anything else unique to it could've been removed right there. Now should it be numbers matching, then maybe it worth saving, from what can be seen, idk.
Why? That pickup is so bashed and rusted. Are they that rare?
The Unibody was only built for a couple years, and there are not a lot of parts reproduced for them.
@@mr.goodpliers6988 ….I knew of the Mercury unibody trucks and did a little search and had my mind blown. There were many years of Mercury trucks in Canada, (not all unibody) but so cool. Up till now I had only seen a couple of Fargo trucks that were Canadian Dodges.
The big three tried out some different ideas in the Canadian market.👍👍👍👍
That old Ford was one tired old truck
I wouldn't Waste My time pulling that beat up and Rusted PILE of Junk out there! That Early 1970s International Harvester pickup truck Would be a MUCH BETTER catch!!
what about the international travelette 30:15
@tony friend, yes you would waste your time. You proved it by watching it...
I'm glad I'm not the only one thinking , What's the point ! I guess someone has to get it outta there 🤷🏼♂️
Now your thinking🧢
did you get of the ih trucks at all.thanks
- nick
Many of them had already been sold, and were awaiting pickup at the time this video was filmed.
I'm thinking it's so buried why don't you just leave it .
Joe Deck, really? I'm thinking I'm paying you a visit...
I have a set of the hood badges f-100 that I got on line that I mounted on my truck on the side of my backrack they look awesome on it even though I have a f-150
Is the body actually bent in half or is it just an optical illusion?
Thought you may like to know 80 to 86 f100 chrome side an rear trim is not available new an the 80 to 86 interior trim is made of a bad plastic an it falls apart if your restoring one you use 87to96 cab rear an front pillar plastic trim an it is getting harder to find decent trim now an its not cheap anymore
You need a front-end loader like Silas has, pick it up put on trailer.
I understand y'all just wanted the ashtray and that beautiful grille guard...but had to take the whole truck to get it....I see a Disney children's movie in the making.....
You must have been really desperate to want to drag this one out.
just like Rev says on Revsteration, Oh my Lord what a crusty ole Ford!
“It’s a girl ma’ lord in a crusty ole’ Ford!”………
Silas sent me.
Mr goodpliers, are you guys gonna get that little red IH shortbed? I know you guys had one at the rust ranch, but I waited too long and missed it. I have a good cab, mostly interested in the bed and chassis. Also looking for a good hood for that body style of truck as the leading edge of mine has severe rot. Thank you, Bill Dalbey
You guys need to by a Tow Truck 😆 n make Life alot easier huh n That's what I did n it takes me 5 to 10 minutes now n alot easier
Worthless rusted through
F1001962😥😥
Looking for a52 f100
Should have left it hooked to the tree. More trouble than anything.
How much do you have to pay your help???
Man that was quite a chore with all the labor involved.
Pretty dangerous getting under it with it on the jack and wheel off.
What are you going to do with it?
Ah nothing. Just part of an exercise.
That is junk!
I would tend to agree but who knows it might be worth it from the CZcams views and new channel subscribers if they make a project of it. That is one well used truck.
@David Conley, yeah, just like your car.. Difference in opinion, wouldn't you say?
Overall that 62 F 100 is in good shape, except where the tree fell on it
I had one of those and drove it in In the 1970 Absolutely the worst riding Riding That IEver Owned !
mr. goodplires , i have emailed u and i am waiting on a reply u and joe will be intrested to see whgat i have ......
😥😥😥😥
That's a rough looking truck but there must be some value in it or you guys wouldn't have pulled it out of there
I’d like to hear why they picked this one.
@@Gerk8 DESPERATE to make a movie!
I was paying my neighbor with a Tow Truck $50 a Vehicle n than I went out n bought my own Tow Truck n I save 500 a month after I got my own truck
was it worth it
who is the owner of that estate
The lady is in her 80s. The other guy out there with us is helping her get the vehicles listed and trees cut, so that the property can be cleared for her to sell. He's a good dude
Unibody so it can have unified rust.
Even those Vehicles were there for some time that land must belong to somebody longest over the land belongs to if you take them off of there without permission you're stealing them
We were invited here by the guy who is arranging the sale of the vehicles for the old lady. They have been working there all summer. I never go somewhere unless I have permission, and sure wouldn't be filming it to put on here in font of God and everyone if I didn't, LOL
🤔😐😮😥😥
I wouldn t say that was an awesome find
I never said that either LOL, but for something six decades old that doesn't have a huge amount available for reproduction parts, we take what we get!
Is this worth the trouble
Yes, there is not a lot reproduced for these trucks. The tailgate is valuable
You're always barking orders.
