So if we take into account what we learned in ATSV about canon events, that means that the Bully Maguire dance is a consistent occurrence across the entire multiverse.
Lol it’s a canon event
Tbf, it's probably a canon event that every Spider totem has at least one cringe moment.

LEGO spiderman dance
@@darthva31 I’d say that’s just humans being humans, to be honest. I mean, haven’t we all embarrassed ourselves at one point?
I’m imagining Gwen doing the dance too and I love that mental image
It’s so sad when you learn that this Earth’s Peter Parker was never supposed to die. He was basically the peak of what every Spider-Man wished to be. He was funny, witty, skilled, strong willed, lighthearted, wholesome, and basically had all the basic principles of what made Spider-Man who he was. I still think he would’ve been a great mentor to Miles.
I think he was just at his peak. His Captain Stacy event likely hasn't happened yet and he was showing signs of mental exhaustion meaning that while he is amazing, he isn't perfect. Maybe this is one of the better timelines where casualties are minimized and 1610 parker even at his lowest is nothing close to what happened with most other peters
@@lavadragon64441610B also since he is in love with Mj that means Gwen died
@@RameNoodls Not necessarily. We know in the case of the Raimi Trilogy & MCU that sometimes Spider-Man loves MJ before Gwen Stacy, & since this Peter's story seems heavily inspired by the former, it would make sense for him to have not had a "Gwen Stacy" moment.

I don't know why I'm so invested into he guy who got a few minutes of screentime than died but God I wish we could've seen not eof him
That moment in ATSV where Miguel was basically saying to Miles that it was his fault earth 1610 peter died and he should've never been Spiderman, all I could think was "If earth 1610 Peter was here right now he would've back up Miles and would've never agreed with you Miguel, please, are you fr"
He probably would've backed Miguel if I'm being honest, the whole "with great power comes great responsibility" shtick means that sometimes you have to sacrifice yourself or the things you love for the greater good.
Idk, Miles could end up destroying the entire world. I rather have this peter just back-up whoever has done the most research, that being Miguel. but we both dont know what will happen so lets agree to disagree
@@lily_flower0686 And this i find extremely stupid. What should Miles do? Kill himself as soon as he was bitten by that alternate reality spider?
There is no way he could possibly know about it being radioactive spider, much less that it was from alternate reality AND EVEN MUCH LESS that it would endanger the reality itself. Yet Miguel treats him as if he did it on purpose. Like he killed Peter just to become him. But that is not true.
The true culprit was Miles's dimension Kingpin. He brought that spider using his collider. He was the one who started to mess with Alternate Realities. It was he who, albeit indirectly, killed that world's Peter by bringing that spider. TBF, it could literally bit anyone, Miles was just in the wrong place at the worst possible time. Yet Miguel treats him like a shit. I do understand that he was angry, i do understand that he wanted to save people. But the way he chose...
One BIG clue that this Peter is different from the usual portrayal of the character is him saying "But after everything, I still LOVE being Spider-Man."
He’s not the Spider-Man that Stan lee wanted he’s too perfect, I like him but personally Peter B Parker is more inspirational he was beaten down by life and got back up, he thinks Spider-Man is a sacrifice but I’m sure miles will prove it don’t have to be. Peter B is everything Spider-Man suppose to be. My favorite is miles but I gotta respect the OG .

@@omarvidal8847yes
Honestly, Spider-Man's had very few bad voice actors along the way IMHO (if any). Some, like Chris Barnes, Neil Harris and Josh Keaton, are just too spectacular, while others are ok to say the least.
Its so cool to see how they planned out a lot of stuff. At 0:07, you see the Earth 42 spider falling into the collider in that universe which transports it to 1610, Miles' universe. Incredible foreshadowing.
HOLY SHIT
They lie about 42 it mean nth but most of ppl know it come from other earth 42 since the spider glitching too
True, though they did retcon it slightly in ATSV. When you go frame by frame when Spot is telling his backstory to Miles and Jeff you can see the spider crawling on a desk and being pulled into a small portal above it instead of in a collider.
@@grekys3759 I'll give them the pass in this case. They also changed how Gwen holding Peter looked. It is drastically different in ATSV. You can tell on both cases that they knew what the story was/would be, and the scenes from ITSV needed to be changed a bit in order to be accurate.
@@eterickstonely8548 ye I noticed that too! Something felt off watching gwens backstory in ATSV and when i rewatched the first realized they de-aged peter and had him killed my rubble instead of a bullet

@@juu4503 are they positive things?
Bc that can have an impact as well. A Jameson thats a spiderman would do wonders for Peters overall success.
Nope only way spiderman becomes spiderman (peter parker) if someone close to him dies. Whether it's his uncle or his friends or his aunt or his parents
Which is why he dies. To showcase that an idealized Spider-Man that is in control of everything doesn’t work. That's also why we have Peter B Parker. To showcase the other extreme of a Spider-Man that is jaded and down on his luck to the point where nothing goes his way. Spider-Man needs a balance of both.
@@bensell982 I just like how we got to see a successful spiderman. Peter may have died. But he died at his absolute best. And nobody can take that away.

Demonstrated in ATSV, when shown that Earth 42's Manhattan, which is Spiderman-less, is in absolute havoc as a result.
Amazing.
since the spider that bit miles was from that universe, could be possible that it being spider-manless was because of spot
@@ricekrispies4994 Yes, as seen in AtSP, it was 42's version of Spot (who is obviously not actually Spot himself, but his equivalent in that universe, still a human), who, during an experiment with 42 Miles (where and when he was supposed to be bitten), accidentally sent the spider to 1610 instead, where it then proceeded to bite 1610 Miles (the one we are following in the story).
And the only hero they have right now is Prowler, and he's basically Batman.
@@estebson I thought the reason it was in 1610 was because 1610’s spot did the experiment to bring it to his universe
True. And as kind of mentioned in No Way Home, not every universe has teams like the Avengers, Fantastic 4, Defenders, or X-Men, some worlds only have Spider-Man for protection
We didn’t know Earth-1610’s Peter Parker long. But for the short time he was on screen we felt connected to his character and his death effected us. That’s pretty impressive that a film can make you emotionally invested in a character that quickly.
To this day I still wonder what would’ve happened if Earth-1610’s Peter Parker had taken Miles as his apprentice. You could tell as soon as he met Miles that he was happy not to be the only one anymore. I think training Miles would’ve added more purpose to his life and you could tell his death affected Miles deeply because he knew his chance of having a mentor died with him.
He would basically the next Insomniac Spider-Man
Peter B Parker taught Miles how to swing and taught him how to make a collider chip since he broke the one the original Spider-Man gave him
After watching Across the Spider-Verse and remembering this scene you kinda see why Miguel was so pissed with Miles with
Peter’s death. Even tho he monitors an entire Multi-Verse him seeing a Spider-Man die must still deeply effect him. This Peter Parker was obviously a phenomenal Spider-Man and was definitely good at what he did so Miguel was likely also planning to recruit him, but then the collider went off and Kingpin killed him. Miguel believes Earth-1610 Peter’s death was all Miles’ fault and if he hadn’t saved him he would’ve survived so him being so mad at Miles in the second movie kinda makes more since now.
Ironically, this Peter Parker would easily side against Miguel’s way of thinking. Main evidence, he made the independent choice to save Miles, the 1 little guy instead of focussing in the big bad.
He would’ve instantly backed Miles. He would’ve followed through with the mantra of ‘you gotta save 1 person, then you can save the rest of the world’.
Miguel definitely wanted this Peter in the Spider-Society

The fact that this significant even in King Pin’s life is just seen as an everyday fight the bad guy montage to Spider-Man is kind of chilling
"For you, that was the day you lost your wife and son. For me, it was Tuesday."
I think that my favorite part of all of this, looking back, is the fact that Peter Parker in this opening demonstrates immense pride, some degree of cockiness, as well as that never-say-die spirit.
Another thing is that “after everything, I’ll always find a way” resonates kind of different, because Peter Parker may have died, but the spider lives on, and will continue to.
It’s a very heartwarming and lovely way to pass a torch to a successor, especially with such a rousing speech at the beginning. That’s the speech of someone who doesn’t think they are going to meet their end anytime soon, and yet in the context of the movie, it works just as well as a symbolic speech about the spider as a whole, not just Peter Parker himself.

Everyone loved this version of Peter, and I think that was also kind of the point of his character. This Peter Parker’s Spider-Man had such a massive legacy and did so much for his city. Meaning Miles had some huge shoes to fill which was the overall premise of Into the Spider-Verse and if Miles could live up to Spider-Man’s name.
A Spider-Man who is happy, has achieved perfect work-life balance and is at top of his game... This is actually refreshing, considering this isn't just an alternate version of a hero, it's another version of our boy Spider-Man... Heck, I don't think this Peter Parker ever even knew or got close to Gwen of this universe. So he has managed to, or just out of luck straight up dodged a few more canon events (*_wink_ _wink_ ) than his other counter-parts, no wonder he's happy.
Well the thing is that in most worlds Gwen Stacy was the first love of Peter’s life, MJ came later in life
Gwen was his childhood friend and when MJ came things were conflicted
In a way sadly Gwen had to die for Spidey to end up with MJ
But it is likely she wasn’t this close in this universe, however if it is a canon event for Captain Stacy or someone in his position to die, to save a child’s life, then who knows really
Still it seemed this Spider-Man, regardless of whatever losses he went through, was grounded enough to keep trying until the end
Few Spider-Men have achieved such stability, let alone a happy ending as he did, which makes his loss so sad
