Man I’m really considering doing something like this, I worked in a sand mine for 4 years and ran all sorts of equipment, I’ve probably spent 1000hrs in a skid steer seat. I’ve moved into the industrial maintenance field now but the dream is to work for myself one day. Something about moving dirt is therapeutic

Subscribed to this awesome channel today! I've just purchased a T595 with pasture clearing attachments, any suggestions on the first thing to do in starting this side business? Because of buying the T595 I've got a S185 with tooth bucket, 72" heavy duty grapple and Buck Dandy equipment trailer if you know of anyone looking for something like that. Great Videos!

Looks good. Trying to add a skid to the mix. Not in the budget tho right now. But I’ve done a couple of those ditch lines with the excavator. Not ideal in my opinion but worked.

You should’ve ran the ditch only. No need to go on the lawn. Put the skid on the house side and then the road side. Would’ve used bucket so you could generate material. A new ditch needed to be made. One big rain, this will wash out.

Customer wanted the yard regraded in that particular area. I did exactly what the customer wanted me to do per contract. It’s actually not washed out at all and it’s rained 6” here in three weeks. Thanks for your comment though.

Yes as far as skid steer I think it’s perfect. I’ll buy a dozer before I buy a bigger skid steer.
