Complex Needs Service

The new Complex Needs Service is a highly personalised, holistic wrap-around service for people presenting with multiple and complex health and social care needs.
Since its launch in March 2022, we’ve put together this video of our staff telling the story of the new service, how it came about, and how it’s working to make a difference for the people of Glasgow.
At the heart of the video is Neil, a service user who shares his lived experience and how he’s being supported through his complex needs.

Brilliant to see this happening. Its amazing what a different approach can do. Compassion and robust outreach, not giving up on people and dispelling the "difficult to engage with" mantra.
