Among the most sought-after U.S. paper money of the late 1960s are the short-lived "Barr" Notes. The bills feature the signature of then Secretary of the Treasury, Joseph W. Barr. Barr had a relatively short term of office, the shortest of anyone that has held the position (December 21, 1968 - January 20,1969), leading to hoarding of these $1 Secretary Barr Notes. These notes are Series 1963B.

I think the one you showed with 1's and zeros is actually a binary bookends and some say a flipper but I don't go along with that designation because the 1's look different when flipped
