Sunfire cape, (Heartsteel optional) Fimbulwinter, Spirit visage, (Or Force of Nature) Abyssal mask, (Dawnshroud, Frozen heart, and Iceborn Gauntlet are also optional) Amaranth's twinguard
Build that along with Grasp rune and you'll be *UNSTOPPABLE* not even grevious wounds would stop your UNGODLY AMOUT of healing

Fimbulwinter for Shield (For every of your CC ability landed)
Spirit visage to amplify your heal and shield
Abyssal to deal more magic damage when gets strucked by an AP and to give you more mana (Iceborn if AD, Frozen heart to prevent kiting, and Dawnshroud to well.... Deal magic damage also with a bit of tankiness)
Amaranth's for EVEN MORE TANKINESS
