Yes always the % of an active in face wash, moisturiser or sunscreen will be very minimal when compared to a concentrated serum.

Cetaphil suits dry & sensitive skin. Top moisturisers for winter la I’ve mentioned that and few other ceramide moisturisers. If you have dry skin it’s a really good moisturiser.

Vit C is for morning. Steaming is not necessary in skin cycling. If you really want to do steaming do on day that you don’t follow any cycle. Or on break.

Glyco-6 a pharmacy based product which is glycolic acid helps in lightening acne scars. Or you can use any glycolic acid toner. Niacinamide serum helps with fading acne scars as well.

After watching your video i started using reequil 0.1 retinol..after one week I see some tiny bumps on my forehead and my skin feels like dry around my mouth should I continue or not???
This is skin purging. 3 things to remember while using Retinol.
1. Use sandwich method. Moisturise before and after using a Retinol product. Retinol makes skin dry and skin needs more hydration than usual.
2. Start Retinol with once a week and build slowly, like twice a week after 4 weeks and just twice a week always. If you use more than that skin will react.
3. Always use sunscreen as skin becomes sensitive to sun after using Retinol.
Tiny bumps & dryness go away after a while as Retinol starts working.
If you still think your skin is reacting badly to Retinol please stop using.

Any product with glycolic acid like PIXI Glow tonic, The ordinary Glycolic acid toner, AHA BHA Peeling solution or a simple & cheaper but effective pharmacy product like Glyco-6 will help. Start slow with low quantity & once a week & gradually increase.

These are my top picks for summer. Cetaphil suits dry & sensitive skin and may look dull on oily skin. That’s better suited for winter than summer in my opinion.
