“How do two brothers get into the nail care business?” This is the single most common question people ask us. There’s a long and rocky version but we’ll give you the short one. We have our fearless and unconventional mother, Young Salo, to thank. With a single-minded entrepreneurial spirit, she decided to start her own business at the age of 49. Greg, the older brother, became a licensed nail technician after switching gears from fire fighter’s training. He is energy personified and has a true passion for developing the best professional nail care products and education. Habib is the younger brother. He jumped in a few years later; taking a detour from medical school and a life in music. He brings his own creative mind for business, marketing and strategy. Unexpectedly, we are a perfect team.

As someone who has used so many odorless systems, this is a miracle: it doesn’t run, and sets in normal time and the clear doesn’t yellow! This is innovative and Amazing!
This means EVERYTHING!! I do my own nails and I stopped using acrylics because my husband would have coughing fits when he came home, regardless of how well I vented the house.
I went so far as to buy an air purifier to put on my table and it didn’t help, I got additives to put in my monomer and they didn’t help.
This means I can start using acrylics again!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I am so excited 🎉🎉 up until now I haven’t had the opportunity to use acrylic due to the odor. I know other companies have come out with versions, but I don’t have faith in them the way I do YN. I can’t wait!! I stopped using the Young Nails liquid monomer beside the smell was too strong. Then I started using odorless but it just wasn’t the same 😞 I can’t wait to try this!

Love the low odor monomer, what a difference.
Possibly. In the meantime, you can mix the white with the clear until you get the color you are wanting.

I love the new low odor system but have having problems. Gel polish not sticking well . Gel polish peeling. Thought it was my lamp . Bought one for you . Still peeling. The original one never had any problems.
Are you cleansing/removing the tacky layer of the acrylic before applying the gel polish?

Yes you can, but this system sets like our speed powders so you would need to pinch quickly or just put the c-curve into your forms instead.

We only have one type of shipping. As we are located on the west coast, it does take a bit longer for packages to arrive to the other side of the country.

I understand you shouldn't mix systems but what happens if you do? Does it set faster, slower, or doesn't set at all?
The product will not set up as it should and the adhesion can be affected.

I hope you'll be able to mix the low odour powders together with each other? As in ,the Low Odour bright white and the low odour clear- to make a softer white?
I get that you can't mix these powders with the regular acrylic powders tho. Can you use your liquid art with this system? I'm thinking No, as.. it's coloured monomer from the regular line, so it won't mix with the odourless monomer?

You can mix the powders within this line together. As for liquid art, we haven't tested it yet, but as soon as we do we will let you know.

No, they will not.
Well you be coming out with other color powders for the system? Or is there a way or adding colors to the acrylic or monomer that works for this system?
We don't have a date on when we are adding more colors, but hopefully in the future. You can mix the existing 5 colors together to make custom colors or add glitter to them.

You can add a small amount of pigment, but you don’t want it to overpower the powders. As for adding gel polish to the monomer, we do not recommend this as it is a different chemistry and can potentially interfere with product adhesion and durability.

Ok but how is it filing? Does it settle fast and harden up nice?
On twitch, they said it has a little tacky layer, but it isn't that bad to were you can wipe it off with swipe and then file!

No, the new system can only be used together. Teal with teal.
Can you use this monomer with your slick pour powder?
Unfortunately, you cannot. The new monomer can only be used with the new powders.
Will this new line be sold as a pro kit?
When it launches it will be available individually as well as in a pro kit.

No, the new powders and new monomer are to be used together only.

The only question I have is if this is like every other low odor system out there? I've even tried the other CZcamsr nail education from Canada, she came out with a beautiful low odor system but it was just like every other low order system on the market. Unfortunately. They are rubbery, they take longer to dry, they're harder to work with. I'm just worried that this is going to be like everything else
Our extreme. low odor system has as a workability like traditional acrylic. The setting speed is comparable to our speed powders, which are our faster setting powders of our original line.
It does have a slight tacky layer that can be filed away easily or can be removed with swipe and then start filing.
