load management is GREAT. the problem is is teams (clippers) were using it on players (PG) who didn't need it, and other teams followed suit. do the spurs strategy, play them 25-32 minutes, try to win the game through 3 quarters and rest. I hate hearing people complain about load management and the rule changes because it leaves the guys who need it out to dry.
