The initial release of this MV was in 2017, they redid it to remove the advertisement they had in the middle of the video. this was the second song they posted on their CZcams channel with Don't Bite the Dust being the first one and debut. The rest is history and what a history of pure enjoyment

The bassist who played this MV was Miho.
On 17 August 2021, LOVEBITES took an extended break after the departure of their leader, bassist Miho.
The remaining girls organised an audition for a new bassist from around the world and recruited a new bassist called Fami(Ba).
Fami is a five-string bassist who can dance, sing and play and has 689,000 CZcams subscribers.

This video was originally released in 2017 as a promo for the band as there was about a minute of advertising in the middle. They re-released the song a year ago cutting out the promo. Also, this was with the original bassist Miho, not Fami. This song is amazing live. Lovebites brings it with every single song.
Though I know now nearly all of their 60 original songs, this is one of my favorites. That riff before the guitar solo and the guitar solo are so sweet to my ears. They are the Metal Queens 🤘

If you have the VOD of Fami's audition, look at Shadow Maker, around 2:58, just before Midori's solo. The look on Fami-san's face was priceless! She was having so much fun, and couldn't believe she was actually playing "this" song, with these ladies. Sooner or later, they should release the VOD of her full audition songs, to the public, at large. As a musician myself, it was one of the most triumphant things I've ever seen a musician do. This song, especially Midori-san's solo, is absolutely epic!

In my opinion, this song has gone through an evolution with each live performance they have done. Their stage presence to the energy they put into the song gets better with each year of shows they do. But, with every song done live, Lovebites is able to add to the energy level of every song and becomes better with each show they do.

Definitely listen to The Hammer of Wrath from the Knockin on Heavens gate show. It's the opening song from their first concert after the COVID layover and with their new bassist, Fami. They blow it out of the water and they look so happy to be back on stage.

Third: It is your and others' ignorance of the workings of the star system, that does not allow for the knowledge they deserve outside of Japan. More videos, more reactions, more TV show, more concerts and more people to see them: CDs no longer count for anything, they are only for collectors and their live video are more expressive then a VM. The fourth: the policy of small steps that their record company is taking, has not worked so far, given that there was also the COVID pause and I believe that it can only work with live concerts around the world, it is with concerts that the singers and bands they make themselves known and appreciated.They don't really earn money by selling CDs or DVDs, that helps, but it's certainly not enough.

@@ChadTheDragonLord Sal didn't write this, Sal spoke about the copyright 's theme. About your answer, you are wrong, because all the reactors in the World said that Lovebites are better live. The recording lost a lot of power charge, spontaneity and transmission of emotions and isn't important if there are some failures, indeed, It is precisely these mistakes that make their live performances great. About SSS for example, this is a Stream version and the quality isn't good for definition, then sorry for the sound engineer, but i think that they change him and the mixer' s work is't good like the next ( watch for example the new Swan song version with the gran piano that is cover by the Midori's guitar.
You do know that all of the BluRay and DVDs had post production work done to them and were polished to make them sound as good as the studio versions right? Which is where all of the videos on YT came from that people react to. Here is another song better on the studio album than live - Scream for Me. Go watch the live version and listen to Miyako's solo and then compare it to the studio version solo she does. The studio version sounds batter.@@13uomini
