    1. Radio alarm clock
    2. Building routine
    3. Don't use phone in bed (if it's social media that you're using)
    4. Eliminate thinking (say "go to sleep" to yourself over and over again)
    5. protected time before bed (Do something that relaxes you, e.g. - shower)
    6. Caffeine consumption (if it keeps you awake, don't drink coffee e.t.c. after afternoon)
    7. Set the alarm before going to bed ( so that you can be aware of how many hours you are going to sleep)

I can say that those tips and tricks really work. My nighttime routine is similar to yours. I use the alarm on my phone, but I set it only on vibration because the songs/tunes drive me crazy. I leave the phone in the furthest corner of my room, then I go wash my teeth and all that, afterwards I go straight to bed, without checking the phone. I've never needed to set multiple alarms as I never snooze them. I wake up and my first thought is usually about food and that gets me excited enough to get out of bed straight away. If I can't fall asleep due to my brain going a 100 mph, I usually focus on my breathing which helps me forget everything else. I think it's all a matter of habit - for example I never hit snooze because when I was younger my dad was the one waking me up and he always waited until I was fully out of bed before leaving the room. Same with having the alarm on vibration only - I didn't want to wake my little brother up, so I had to find a way to have a quiet alarm. And those habits remain years later.

I really enjoy the editing style of this video! Like for example when you really put a few seconds of actual "nothingness" I thought that was super effective! Also, thank you for the very doable tips and for actually advocating 7h of sleep! I feel a lot of busy students (especially in the med field), talk more about how they prioritize studying over rest. While some days you might have to stay up a little longer, I think so many people are underestimating the power of rest in learning and motivation. Anyways, awesome video!

I love how you've got your life together and how organized and beautiful you are i really want to be lik that i kinda managed the procrastination and the will power thing at some point of this year it's my high school senior year but it just got all messed up and i found even brushing my teeth is absolutely hard at some points i really really hope to get my life back together god damn this damned year (sanawya aama which is high school senior year in Egypt that determines which major you can get into depending on your grade and due to my luck they remembered that there is something called education so they tried to have the title of "new education system" and tried to make anything better but it all just crambled on our heads and it's a huge failure really to the extent that about 2 days ago a girl died because of how stressing and nerve wracking and damaging what all of what we've been put through did she literally died I'm not even kidding and other students faint and commit suicide because of how awful it is this year usually is what the call determining your whole future everyone literally almost everyone is expecting you to get the best grades to become a doctor or an engineer that's what they think is the best if you don't then omg you're such a failure go to any awful other majors ot spend a lot of money on expensive awful private colleges but it really doesn't matter because both ways you'll end up graduating finding it very difficult to find a decent job or even just a job
Anyway and between all of that i have my own problems i have brain fog and i have concentration issues that i still am not certain of the reason of it and because of it and because of how awful most teachers are and especially with the ""new system" i had to take most of the subjects online self managed because it's what it seamed right because i could get as deep as i want in understanding what I'm taking not just taking it for the sake of the exams as we're taught
I put very high expectations on myself and it just popped up i didn't even end up regular i couldn't manage anything at the end and most of the year went very awful and i failed drastically and i have an exam tomorrow and instead of studying or sleeping I'm here with out knowing why or maybe i. Kinda know because i built "unwillingly" a resistance habit against studying and even thinking about it with the helo of dear brain fog may god KILL IT AND MAKE IT GO TO HELL BECAUSE IT'S THE MOST HORRIBLE THING IN THE ENTIRELY WORLD anyway that was maybe out of frustration and being depressed i don't really remember or know my mind just blocks a lot of memories
Anyway if anybody -which is very unlikely- is reading this and can help me study abroad out of Egypt on a scholarship or something not very expensive because I'm not rich i would be thankful my whole life i love learning but i a lot of times cant concentrate so i couldn't become a hard working person and i can admit that i didn't put enough effort but throughout the year i had phases when i was pretty good really i had a lot of things managed and googled up subjects to deepen my understanding in physics and chemistry and sometimes math but i didn't take it online so i didn't deepen that much
Well Naser can you make a video or more than one of getting your life back together or getting out of a slump or digging your way to the life that you want to live i think you get the point
    (

A good alternative for the "Go to sleep" method is counting down from 300 to 0 with steps of 3. So: 300, 297, 294, 291 etc... Start over when you make a mistake or you lose track. I've never reached 0
