- Pasighat: Interview with Dr. Mayor Mibang, Surgeon at Bakin Pertin Gen. Hospital, Pasighat pertaining to allegations labeled by a poor patient from Tezu | Doc said that patient didn't call prior her visit, totally contrary to the patient's statement yesterday. Moreover, Dr. Mibang accepted to have offered to operate the patient in private establishment, had she had a hurry.
Further, Dr. Mibang also said that he is ready to operate on the patient once the OT Room is ready. Nonetheless, is it not the responsibility of state govt. to ensure proper implementation of CMAAY Insurance, as time & again numerous complaints emerge where patient party allege that Hospital mgnt. refused to accept the card.
I highly request Arunachal CM to Band Government Doctor to Deployed in Private Clinic. Because They Prefer Patients in Private Clinic for Operation.🙏🙏
Doctor who have their own clinic should not open private clinics
In my view, if the OT is going to renovate then the hospital authority should circulate a notification before a week that OT will be renovate from this date onwards, so any kind of operation will not be possible until the renovation of OT is completed. In this point of view the hospital authority is fully responsible or otherwise the particular doctor.
Every Government Doctor will never tell their behind the door story. They are very good businessmen!!!

For your kind information, renovation of OT in BPGH is still going on and only the emergency patients are attended.
Ot renovate hone mai itna time kyu lag raha hai. Kyuki yeh case bohot samay ho chuka hai.

Based on my knowledge of hospital operations, there are certain rules and regulations, particularly in government hospitals. Firstly, a surgeon is assigned specific days for admission, pre-operation, operation, and post-operation activities. For instance, on Mondays, it's admission day; Tuesdays, pre-operative day; Wednesdays, operation day; and Thursdays, post-operative day. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are designated for indoor patients. Essentially, this schedule is structured according to the number of operating theaters (OT). In between, based on the number of patients or triage, the OT dates are allocated accordingly.
When it comes to operating theater renovations, it is crucial to uphold all sanitation and cleanliness procedures. Sometimes, post-operative infections can be more dangerous than the original disease. Therefore, thorough fumigation and adherence to aseptic precautions are essential before performing surgery on a patient."
In my opinion, it’s the fault of administration on delaying the renovation works, not the surgeon, note : it only my opinion 🙏.

Govt. of AP. Please implement the CMAAY insurance properly. 99% of medicines are not available at the store. We are being compelled to buying private drug house.
Instead, Please directly provide 5 Lakhs cash. So that we may able to use these cash at any pharmacy store or get tested any type of tests. Or provide like ATM Card which has 5 Lakhs limit which are only accessible at medical stores.

and regarding private clinics, he just gave an alternative to her.
As per as I know, he is one of the good and humble Doctor.

I also had a horrible experience delivering my first baby last year. If it wasn't for Koyu madam I wouldn't have been holding my baby in my arms. She's the one why came at the last moment listened to my problems and did an emergency c-section. I was having contractions every 2-3 minutes apart for four days without sleeping, eating, clutching my hands on the window rod. I had been standing there for four days. Frankly speaking I didn't dilate and all of my amniotic fluid dried out. In the morning they'd only come. Put the room into Chaos and leave without even listening to what the patient is trying to tell. Only an emergency ultrasound done by ma'am confirmed everything and she saved me and my baby. Otherwise rest of them treats patients like cows and buffaloes.

If managemnt isn't in dr's hand den why he needs to fixed dates... He can consult with dat upar wala's haad n fixed proper date.... After doing so much up down frm tezu -passighat with each time hope that this time operation will be done... N with disappointment hve to go back... Its not easy for people like us....n frm day 1 dr's behaviour was rude... May be he is good with his people 🙂

It's my own experiene from pasighat since 10 months ago, i had lots of hope that sir is well known doctor, but he refused to check even x ray and other reports becuase i did it from other clinic.Sir was last option since He is well known in General hospital for his work,very disappointed with his conversation, i attended him for 3 weeks but improvement, thanks to doctor mibang atleast he try willingly or unwillingly but i am very much disappointed. Thank to my friend who suggest me the information of one of the old and experience doctor of dibrughar. And today im fit and fine.
Doctor mibang suggest and prescibe their patient to take medicine from his clinic..becuase he is not innocent as we think his prescibe only the medicine available in his clinic excluding other common medicine.

Doctors in arunachal are all doing double duty especially government doctors. They are getting non practicing allowance but still practicing at his own clinic or other private clinic. Medicine b inka clinic seh Lena hota hai. Sb syndicate bana raka hai.

If a government servant is ban from doing any other business during their service period then why this Rule is not applicable to Drs.Most of the doctors they are more concern about their fee and least concern about the well being of patients and that's why they are no more considered as next to the God.

Most of the govt doctors never reach hospital in time but in their private clinic they used to reach very fast as cheetah😢😢. He should get transfer from Pasighat Hospital to rural hospital.

If this so called very kind Doctor really had sympathy for the lady he would have shown atleast some effort to manage the OT asap even if it's not his job to management he's a surgeon he could have atleast talk to management's to renovate or whatever quickly so he could save people.. making excuse... yo ur wearing that white coat just remove u don't deserve it... ...only because of such doctors some other good doctors also suffers. This is clearly the doctor's fault . Even if what he is saying regarding renovation of OPD is true but about his intention of patient operation doesn't seem right. He has been working for 20 years but he doesn't know about government holiday dates. Every govt employee knows about holiday dates which are fixed previously unless there is bandh due to some kind of protest. Even in courts they give people dates of the next hearing by carefully looking at the govt holiday schedule . Either he was too careless about giving dates or he didn't wanted to operate.
