Well done, Desiree.! A little goes a long way - it’s true. My bank has the same machine as yours. The teller clicks in the number of denominations and it sends it all out. When I was a teller years ago - I didn’t like the machine but as a customer now, I do..😊
I do the same with my Costco envelope- I roll over whatever is left from groceries in addition to the $25 I put in every 2 weeks. Most of what I buy at Costco is grocery anyway
Where do you get your “cash planning” worksheets? I love the layout of it!! I did order the Apricot Dream Life Hack box, so much great stuff inside. I love the color too. I’m excited to get it and the stickers. Yay!!
I gave myself a cash budget, but my rebates take a few days to end up back in my checking account and then I have to go back to bank to get the cash out again and depending on how much I’m “rebating” my cash runs out because I’m waiting on my other rebates to come through. I know it probably sounds confusing to a person that doesn’t do that kind of shopping. I only rebate for products we use or items that are “money makers”. Maybe I just haven’t figured out the best system yet
oh ya that sounds like fun! Maybe add a "buffer" for that money that you are waiting for so it doesn't mess up your budgeting. If you know the amount you should be getting back it would be like basically giving yourself an advance so it's not messing up what you had budgeted for that week...hopefully that make sense @@jenniferrosenthal7731

I just started using cash envelopes, and I am struggling with how to keep my couponing and rebating straight
oh no! how is it messing it up?
