I love doing this work, I spoke to 2 different people today about the inner work I've been doing and they loved it, they had never heard of the ideas I spoke about, they wanted to know what therapist I saw and I told them, no, I walk myself through this. Just how I caused my own destruction, I'm now learning to undo all of it and start new. I am constantly scanning my surroundings and looking for ways to better myself and most of the time, I find it in the things that I'm allowing to hurt and bother me... I love it!
It’s even more difficult when you’re so full of love, and I’d literally die for my young children but it is very difficult for me to sympathize or get on their level most days without forcing it bc I know it’s just ME!

There is this new notion that you get familiar to the unknown by practicing with a coach. But that is not a real potential partner. One condition for me to feel safe in love , would be to practice with someone who wants a long term relationship and who knows about relational trauma and how to overcome it.

Thanks Aaron I really appreciate all you do but specially this video, I used to believe there were no coincidences, I used to meditate, I used to work on myself, yet I dropped it all when the healthy me started to feel unfamiliar; last time I meditated I had this intense pain in my chest and I started to have an anxiety attack, after that I never meditated again, then a year later, today I find this video after months of feeling trapped on my own prison, blaming everyone but myself, unhappy with my reality and not living in the present. I started crying on the last minutes because I needed this. It just feels right that I restart my healing journey after watching one of your videos because that how it started before as well. What you ate saying makes so much sense. It really resonates with me because i had the same childhood except with a stepfather who was extremely controlling and abusive. My mom had stockholmes syndrome and my whole life has been about staying safe. Survival mode is all I've known until recently. I've been going through a spiritual awakening for the past few years. Im an empath who walks in a room and can feel everyone's energy. I gave my boys the kind of mother I needed as a child and they are doing awesome. I feel like now I need to heal and help myself. I did chair techniques regards to my family. After that pain dissolved. Now when i think about those stuff i dont feel anything..no emotions..its just something happened only. No trigger. This is 10yrs built up pain that went away after chair technique..you should promote this technique more Aaron. I was few times on medicines also to calm my mind bcoz of those trauma

I have followed you a long time aaron, and I have to say Im disappointed as I watch people step up to the plate to help put you in your place.
