For me, eye twitching is stress-related. If it’s accompanied by pain or vision issues especially, you should have it looked at.
Call me dramatic, but I swear I'm just in awe when I watch you throw together the absolute cutest spreads like it's nothing! One of these days, 'll take your advice and stop over-thinking things and agonizing over every tiny decision 😂. Till then, I'll just embrace my sticker anxiety and continue to watch in amazement!

Check allergies, my eye does that during high pollen season.
This is bee-utiful!!! My eye has been twitching off and on for over 3 years…it is annoying! I have asked doctors about it and no one can give me a good answer. If you happen to find out why, I would love to know!
Eye twitching can be caused by tiredness or high blood pressure hun. Best to check it out if you're worried x

Cute, quick question about how you handle the back sides of the pages that are not the active ones that you are journaling on? Like before the 22 here or after the weekend, you would be using a different page for those weeks, so what do you do with the in between pages?
My eye has been twitching since I got COVID in September. The doctor told me he hadn't heard of that connection but that twitching could be related to caffeine, stress, and lack of rest. So... 🤷🏾♀ lol
