Nothing wrong with thinking the community is too high on Zamir, but the raiders did in fact invest in the trenches via the draft. Both of their day two selections were towards the offensive line (their second rounder being jackson-powers Johnson who was the catalyst for a stout Oregon rushing attack last season).
Very true!
Rachaad White's case shows the opposite of these examples. Inefficient as a backup, he got the starting role and became a steady rb1. As for Zamir, he was solid last year when Jacobs went down, has no real competition now, and plays for a run focused team. If he stays healthy, he'll be fine at the very least
Tha huge giant major difference is that Rachaad white was a back with receiving skills drafted to be a passing down back. Half of his points came from the receiving game last year. That is not an all Zamir Whites skillset. If you’re betting on white, you’re betting on touchdowns.
@@domainfantasyfootballtbh zamir white wasn't horrible at receiving when he was on the field, he was 16th in the league (rbs)in yprr at 1.40
Yeah, in order to have fantasy success it takes a combination of opportunity and elite skill level. The key is evaluating whether a player who may get the opportunity they need, actually has the skill level to take advantage of it.
bingo!
That being said, would you wait till early season to trade off zamir white and what should you be asking for for him if he does produce?
Where josh palmer is goin he is a good value.already has chemistry with herbert!
true - its all about price
Palmer has already proven to be productive when one or two of tha Big Dogs were out….
Highest ever half PPR finish was WR41 (the year you’re referring to)
@@domainfantasyfootball
First off I play ppr, DK baby ….
Second you should look at his 2022 stats
Better off you should watch his highlights
Third I said when one or two of tha Big Dogs were gone.
WR 41 doesn’t say shit when you’re not a starter
Best get hip bro 😎
Agree with all but the take on Moss v Brown. Brown is bigger, faster, less injury prone, more explosive, and was a bell cow in college. He will be the guy we want end of season.
If that’s how the Bengals viewed him they wouldn’t have paid Moss to come be the starter. And if Moss stinks they’ll draft a Rb next year from the loaded class. Brown will never be a bell cow in the nfl
I got offered 2 2025 4ths for him today.
@@keenansmusiccorner3514he signed 2 years for $8 million. That’s not “going out and paying for moss” he was cheap and if he sucks they don’t have long term commitment. He was the cheapest option with a decent ceiling without having to use draft capital on someone this year.
Agreed, they're likely gonna start in a timeshare, but I'd bet on Brown over Moss. I feel like everyone is overrating Moss based on a few good games last year filling in for JT.
moss was the best pass blocking rb last year and brown sucks at that
$3 million guaranteed for moss isn’t a huge investment if he ends up the RB2 behind Brown.
Chase browns fucking agent over here
I beg to differ. Price point wise, Josh Palmer is a BUY in dynasty. At most you give a mid 3rd? At that point realistically all these picks are dart throws. I’ll take my chances on the Chargers #1/2 for that price point
youre confused - this is not our dynasty channel 😂
@@domainfantasyfootball oh no hahaha oops! I still like the value of Palmer tho!!!!
to the chase edmonds point, in 2021 he still had 5.1 ypc he just got hurt, which is also a big factor in workload but he was not inefficient by any means
I mean Nathan was super high on Chase Edmonds too so it’s not like we didn’t also make that mistake 😂 he was so talented
So glad I stumbled on this account. You guys are awesome. Reading through the comments is upsetting lol. So many haters. I loved every second, unreal insight, super refreshing takes. Won’t be long until you start attracting more of the intellectual fantasy players and have less of these complainers commenting😅. Won’t be surprised to see you guys at 100k+ soon. Love the setup too. Living my dream boys, keep at it.
thanks a ton man, that means a lot!
This is why Puka going in the first round is mind boggling with Kupp back
Puka still performed with Kupp back. And we've seen that offense produce two fantasy relevant receivers before
We wouldn’t agree with that, because Puka showed that with the volume he actually does command a top 5 target share and even with Kupp back he did.
Am I crazy for targeting Chase Brown AND Zack Moss late? I want parts of the Bengals on the cheap
nah thats not crazy, if youre gonna do it, do it with the Bengals offense.
Can you elaborate on the "other assets" on the Chargers, outside Ladd...
Exactly! Aside from Ladd, I'm betting on Palmer to be good in that offense over QJ, Chark, Hurst, Dissly, etc. He was solid as the team's 3rd WR in his second year, and was very productive last year when he wasn't hurt.
obviously we mean Cornelius Johnson
@@domainfantasyfootball 😂 my bad, I should have known better. Enjoying your guys content!
That Zamir white take is gonna blow up in your face just saying
Maybe! Wouldn't be the first time lol. Just going off historical data
@@domainfantasyfootball
Historical Data 😅😂🤣🤣
Yeah 👌
When I watch zamir play I don’t see an elite RB. I see an average one. Average RBs don’t succeed when given a heavy work load. Just a fact.
@@davidkomyate8014
He succeeded tha last four games of tha season.
I bet he pays off his ADP
@@swoop4360he did do well, 4.7 ypc and about 21 carries a game is very good. if he does TOO good expect defenses to adjust as they have no passing game. definetly a fun pick thoigh
Love seeing all the hate in the comments 😂. This is great content and a lot of people still haven’t learned this lesson.
Thanks appreciate that, we think we supported it well! The hate is part of it 😂
We really don’t know what hate is anymore do we?
Pollard was hyped too much from Fantasy CZcamsrs coming off the ankle break.
facts
Move zamir for kamara plus in dynasty?!
In any form of PPR, I'd be surprised if the Kamara owner does this. But I'd also want to try to get Miller as insurance if you're getting Kamara
What to do with J Palmer and J Warren?
I like Warren. He's gonna be very highfloor
I picked up zamir for free. What would you try to sell him for?
I sold him for the 2.06
Ty chandler is basically your last pick in sleeper drafts
Yeah true so he doesn’t matter a whole lot
Id rather invesr in other assets than Josh Palmer and you dont mention who. Great insight. Who would listen to you?
good question honestly
@@domainfantasyfootball yes it is indeed a very good question, apparently worthy of a passive aggressive response
Zamir is a safe bet to be a workhorse at a great price in sleeper adp
Yeah if you get him cheap enough, I agree.
Ya but you were saying zamir white is going around pickens adp in underdog is crazy. Pickens>>zamir white even in best ball, maybe especially in best ball. I'm only on sleeper not underdog atm
Yeah easily give me Pickens there, stand by that
Dudes I just wanna say this one thing . You both seem great at your jobs here . But you guys just seem like ya'll competin waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much. Relax a little bit lol, yall are teammates. Remember that.
lol we are best friends so that’s just how we are 😂 thanks for watching!!
Get what your saying about the investment but they get Brown for less because they drafted him. I think moss is insurance in case Brown isn’t what they think he is.
I think they can coexist like Zeke and Pollard did. He can be efficient but neither of them are getting Mixon volume
Timestamps pleaseeeeee🙏🙏
This wasn’t really a video that made sense to timestamp. I hear you, but not on this one. More research/discussion based.
White is going to be a league winner
He could be really solid but league winners typically don’t go as early as him with as little receiving upside as he has.
How come yall have 2 of the same youtube pages?
This channel is dedicated to redraft. The other channel is dedicated to dynasty. Very different content for very different audiences.
@@domainfantasyfootball understood, thank you! I was confused for a second so appreciate it
You’re welcome - not the first person to ask 😁
No one in NE was fantasy relevant the past few years.
Rhamondre was an RB1
that is NOT ty chandler
😂
Calling a 2 year 8 mil contract a significant amount of money is crazy lol
It's a lot more than what Chase Brown is getting. That's kinda the point
“Zack moss has struggled with injury and durability “ also these guys “you play fantasy football with an eye towards the end of the season “ you draft chase brown late because you think zack moss at some point in the season will be injured and brown will get a shot at Rb1 it’s not like you’re giving yo an early round pick for brown like you had to for pollard a year ago
Totally off base with zamir white here.
perfect zero rb candidate
okay sure, Zamir White is a “dawg” and a “clear workhorse”
Better?
80085
😂
I took Jamar over jettas am i cooked??
It’s risky, but it’s fantasy so who knows!
@@domainfantasyfootball fortune favors the bold 😤😤
Can’t see the zamir white logic. You cherry pick his yearly stats to deflate his meaningful performance as a starter. All you need to see is the 4 games he started to end the year where he averaged 15.7 PPR PPG (would’ve ranked as RB14). Pretty comfortable as a weekly fantasy RB2 on a bad offense. If their team is ANY better this year then zamir has RB1 upside.
“If you are to apply the vacated volume fallacy to anyone, apply it to the guy who has already demonstrated he can do it.” You can apply this statement to Zack Moss but not Zamir? Come on…
a 4 week sample size is not near the sample size you have with Zack Moss.
no issue if you draft Zamir White. We could just have been like "he's a dawg" and "clear workhorse" and whatever like every other fantasy channel around. figured we'd give our honest opinion and an alternate viewpoint. I know thats not popular but it's how we do things
Zamir actually produced at the end of the season, Tony P didn't, Maddison sucks.
Tony pollard was the RB7 the year before he got the starting job.
