Although there 100% is a good amount of personal bias involved it can easily be overcome if ur just good at writing. If ur good at writing u don't need to worry about ur examiner being biased or anything like that

The grade shows the student’s competency in writing characters. You don’t always have time to develop a proper plot, so it’s better to develop and character and their internal conflict than to write a bunch of hemmed-in undeveloped nonsense.
chatGPT could already outdo anyone with a vivid description. A captivating plot always requires more original thought - thus why they try and restrain it so much.

It's not about the story it's about how well it is written. Personally, just choose the simplest story: intro, climax, and end with the relaxation of the climactic point. Easier yet, don't do a story and just do description. :)
