The doctrine of separation of powers implies that each pillar of democracy - the executive, legislature and the judiciary - perform separate functions and act as separate entities.

Dear viewers, please note the important point related to Constitution of India , in the approved original document there is no word SECULAR, later it is included at the time when Smt Indira Gandhi as Prime Minister of India. It is not good to include this word with stress in the comments of the video, which is misleading the viewers. 🙏
Secularism word means, seperation of religion from politics government.
It was first started in England, France . It means No interference for religious forces on government.
But in India somehow people take different meaning , saying that " people can follow any religion " or " all religions are same ", etc etc. But that's not the real meaning.

Finally it's good that Govt is bringing up this topic for discussion because I felt very dishearted to see judiciary misusing its powers and interference in everything by one man brain.
Judiciary don't follow the law. But follow previous judgements, making it more autonomous.
It's a breach of law , i.e " seperation of powers ".
You need to study and research in depth ......

It's outdated, not suited for current requirements.
The judiciary corruption must be made accountable.
All lawyers, judges take huge money and don't pay taxes. Then how can they judge others ?
Judiciary is the main adda for black money, unaccounted money.
Judiciary people don't have all round knowledge and their decisions are incompetent. Not up to this generation .
So we need not study judges & go backwards , but instead judiciary must upgrade itself to our society advancement .

The purview of the supreme court is nothing compared to the power issued by the American supreme court. Indian courts only adhere to procedure established by law. If our courts followed due process of law then we would have become a judicial country instead of a parliamentary country.

Indian constitution is nothing but 1935 government of india act.please read it. Britain was keen to ensure none of ina, allience of axis power, is in constitution assembly. Britain want the new constitution of their colony must be abide by their principles subsequently indian state after 1947 reports to london about their affairs for some years..they want axis power supporters never come back in india, they saw it as a big challenge..they want 1935 act to be functionalise to counter growing eastern utilitariam power under soviet union..the indian constitution not passed the test of time...if there was no constitution too india may survive because of its hindu demographic dividend.. Pakistan too have constitution, myanmar too but both of them swifted to military rule because of their people's mindset ..india doesn't fall under military rule because of congress high supermecy till 40 years...if modi was not come and india till followed coilation government india too fall autocracy or we see overthrow of constitution during 2020es..Britain want this constitution to be divine in the minds of people hence a Granville Austin wrote a big book glorifying indian constitution..which subsequently provide indian belive their constitution is holy while the curse in nation because of bad politicians...this mindset continues...
