My lady went in and made up her mind wanting a 400cc silicone ultra high profile because her friend looked great.
The surgeon informed her she would not be happy and it will not look right. He had her explain what she wanted. He asked her to let him decide during surgery. She reluctantly agreed.
He put in 600cc moderate plus profile implants and performed a lift. She said it was perfect and everything she wanted. Said it looked better than her friends 🤣🤣🤣.
The surgeon said uhp would of looked ridiculous on her and he wouldn't do the surgery.

What if the BWD are different with the higher BWD also projecting more due to ribs? Would it be acceptable to choose a lower profile in the bigger and higher profile in the smaller?
