...But the delegate was Calvin Nielsen and he gave me a DNF. He was delegating my fourth comp 3 months later too and when I was telling someone else about the +16 I got, he was behind me and he was still mad about it 😅
A Word of advice: Don't actually break the rules or you'll slow down rounds and make enemies with delegates...
...But you will become legendary in my book if you get a +16 nonetheless. There have only been 4 people who have done it officially before!

Step 1: Unreasonably long algorithms
Step 2: Being comically slow
Step 3: Using a mirror
Step 4: OP cubes that benefit you
Step 5: Corner Twists
Step 6: Taking the cube apart and putting it back together again
Step 7: "hOw dO yOU SOLve tHis ThinG?"
Step 8: Doing like 832764 turns on a cube, but you were only supposed to do ONE (also known as purposely making your time slow)
Step 9: "Noise cancelling"
Step 10: (long, read below. tl;dr, +16s.)
+2: Cube off mat
+4: Palms not on timer
+6: Touching cube while hands on timer
+8: Over 15 seconds of inspection
+10: Karate chopping timer
+12: Cube touching timer
+14: Just missing ONE TURN
+16: Touching cube before "OK"
That's all I have to say.

How to win in any rubiks cube competition: when u didnt finish the cube u get dnf, when u get dnf u Will get extra 2 second on the penalty. Tutorial : dont solve the cube, just stop the timer and u Will get extra 2 seconds, and the penalty Will be 2 second, and u defeat Yusheng Du

ive never been to a comp but can anyone explain why you cant purposely increase your solve time?

@@Kewbix Actually it is becuase doing an intentionally bad solve is considered "throwing the game". All organized sports will call you out for intentionally losing a game.
Cause then it makes ur time slow you need to use the algorithm that’s normal or the least moves to solve

I don't see how the one at #4 would help you with anything if you have stickers on all of the centers, maybe if you would have stickers just on 1-3 sides, but on all sides I don't see the logic
