Moving HUNDREDS of CORYDORAS, RAINBOW SHINER and CPD FRY | A DAY in the FISHROOM FEBRUARY 2024

- In this video I continue my breeding for profit journey. Today I had a lot of work in the fish room moving all the Panda corydoras, Pygmy corydoras, Rainbow shiner and CPD fry. I also repurposed big CPD aquarium into aquarium for the future Sterbai and Gold laser corydoras juveniles. CPDs were moved to a smaller aquarium.

A rainbow shiners prone to jumping? They look like they love to fly 🤣
Even with a lid I lost 2-3 in almost a year I have them. They like sparring and when they are breeding they lose their mind haha

They get overexcited and are all over the place. They definitely are full of energy.
I have completely lost count of how many types of fish you are breeding😂 How are the beautiful guppies doing? Are you getting lots of babies? And how is Mr. Bill dog? I miss him❤
I sold the last batch of juvenile Guppies today but I got a lot of new babies 2 weeks ago. Mr. Bulldog is fine I made a new aquarium just for him and it will be published soon.

Ah, the life of a professional fish breeder!
When the time comes, I will certainly have a go at breeding Panda's and Pygmy's before transferring them to their new homes.
My Rio 125 is currently completely fogged up and has been for three days. Not something I have ever witnessed before.
But I have time to let it play out.
Most of the new setups are always full of tiny particles and the water always looks cloudy. Sometimes I wash sand or gravel (if I have time) before adding it to the new setup. That helps a lot.
I did that, but I probably should have taken more time with the wood, because there's brownish debris on the water surface.
Anyway, the fog is white, and I'm told it's probably bacterial bloom. I am just going to do some surface cleaning, clean the filter in a few weeks, and see how it develops.
Yeah, just take is easy. Stuff like this always clear in a couple of days (weeks).
It's clearing up slowly. 😅
Meanwhile I am setting up the Dennerle 55l as a holdingtank for the fish from the "cursed 80cm" as I like to call it.
I'll keep it bare bottom, but I bought myself some terracotta pots to put plants in. Somebody gave me that idea. 😇
Yeah pots are the best. So simple and you can keep plants in a bare bottom aquarium. Best combo ever.
