වික්‍රම් කියන්නේ 1981 ( වික්‍රම් 1986 චිත්‍රපටය ) සක්‍රිය බ්ලැක් ඔප්ස් ස්කොඩ් එකේ අණ දෙන්නා. 1980 ගනන් වල මෙහෙයුමකින් පසු මොවුන්ගේ කැන්ඩායම ත්‍රස්තවාදින් ලෙස හංවඩු ගසා රහසින් මරා දමනු ලබනවා. එයින් බේරුන කෙනෙක් තමයි මේ වික්‍රම්. වසර 30 ගනනක් කරනන් යන නමින් රහස් ජීව්තයක් ගෙවන වික්‍රම් නැවත සටන් බිමට බහින්න සිද්දවෙනවා. ඒ ඔහුගේ පුතා හා මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිසයි. ඔහුගේ පුතාට මොකක්ද වුණේ ? ඇයි කර්නන් නොහොත් වික්‍රම් මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය පසු පස පන්නන්න ගන්නේ. සන්දනම් ( සේදු) හා රොලැක්ස් ( සූර්යා) කවුද ? මේ අය එක්ක වික්‍රම්ගේ සම්බන්ධය මොකක්ද ? බ්ලැක් ඕප්ස් ස්කොඩ් හිටපු අණ දෙන්නව හොයන අලුත් අණ දෙන්නා අමර්ට ( ෆහාඩ්) වික්‍රම්ව අල්ලගන්න පුලුවන් වෙයිද ? මේ හැම එකටම එකම උත්තරේ , චිත්‍රපටය බලන්න කියන එකයි.
Vikram is the commander of the black ops squad active in 1981 (Vikram 1986 movie). After an operation in the 1980s, their group was branded as terrorists and killed secretly. Vikram is one of the survivors. Vikram, who has been living a secret life under the name Karan for 30 years, is forced to return to the battlefield. It was because of his son and drugs. What happened to his son? Why is Karnan or Vikram chasing drugs? Who are Sandanam (Sedu) and Rolex (Surya)? What is Vikram's relationship with these people? Will Amar (Fahad) be able to catch Vikram, the new commander who is looking for the former commander of the black ops squad? The only answer to all these is to watch the movie.
