So last year I was approached by WayForward and Konami about the prospect of covering a few classic tunes from Contra for NES - the reason being that they wanted to include them in the REMAKE of Contra that they just released today. You can actually hear this cover in-game, which is extremely cool!! Very honored to contribute in some small way to a notable and beloved franchise like this.

Honestly having you in a legit Contra game is sick as hell, and the game actually looks really, really good too. Rare Konami W. Hooly shit I completely forgot about this franchise! I used to play those games when I was kid with my then best friend. Unfortunately he moved away but I always remember particularly playing Hard Corps Uprising with him but forgot the name of the game. Thanks for reminding me, might play it through again.
