Inflation is the problem and ignoring the root of the problem constantly patching it with pay raises and minimum wage raises just makes products more expensive. Corporations will never come out of pocket. It dosent matter how much you make if it fuccs the economy more every time you make more. You actually have less spending power even though the number in your bank is bigger every thing will be more expensive to match
Yup! Your organization needs to be on point. But even then, some drivers organize based on their routes/zip codes. And not the numeric codes the handlers use to load the trucks 😂

I used to work as a package handler at FedEx for 3 nights straight and honestly, I made the biggest mistake working there in general because the environments are way too harsh and on the last day I worked there, my foot was hurting so bad after I got out of the trailer and didn’t see where I was going and bruh, that hurt my foot so bad and so from that point, I decided on quitting after my family kept bugging me about my hours and I should’ve just given them a 2 week notice but hey, it was too scary working there because I have heard of some people sliding on the rails and getting hurt and I was worried about that happening and so I decided at this point, this job was too much for me to handle but I have seen people quitting their jobs for a shorter period of time than I have worked and my dad and my brother were both upset that I quit that job after 3 nights
