    His exercises are the best !! They seem easy but they work. The one with the book under 1 foot and bending into a squat holding on the a table is fantastic - helped me recover in a BOG way

    Thanks for this! When i see some of the suggested exercises for hip mobility, i shake my head thinking: if i could do that i wouldn't be having hip mobility issues lol!

    My hips like standing and dynamic exercises a lot, for instance hip clock and hip walk. Resistance band step aside. 😊

      Yes, lots of hip internal and external rotation exercises are done at 90° hip flexion
