I make mine using the white bread dough. I pull it out of the freezer the niight before. When it is thawed l let it raise for an hour or as needed and then cut it into pieces. It takes a bit longer to cook at a lower heat level. It was perfect for camping breakfast as it thawed in the cooler before use. Yours looks good and fast.
