Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station (station code: NZM) is a railway station in South Delhi, India. It is under the administrative control of the Delhi Division of the Northern Railway zone of the Indian Railways. It is one of the five main stations in Delhi and handles nearly 250 trains daily The station was named after the Sufi saint, Hazrat Nizamuddin. Hazrat Nizamuddin station was upgraded to help relieve congestion at New Delhi railway station and is recommended for first time travellers, particularly those bound for Agra as it much quieter and easier to navigate.
The station is very close to Sarai Kale Khan - Nizamuddin metro station on the Pink Line of Delhi Metro.

Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station is managed by Northern Railway zone of Indian Railways. It is adjacent to Delhi's two important arteries, the Ring Road and Mathura Road, and Sarai Kale Khan ISBT.
Services:-
Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station connects all the major cities and was developed to ease congestion on New Delhi which is located approximately 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) to the north. It originates and terminates Rajdhani Express trains going towards Bengaluru, Chennai, Secunderabad, Madgaon, Mumbai and Thiruvananthapuram.
Following passenger friendly facilities has been developed by the Indian Railways at the Railway station,as part of its redevelopment and beautification drive.The station was named after the Sufi Saint Nizamuddin Auliya.

Bro aap ne jo wo pashim express ka over take kikhaya thah uska train no. Kya hai because me abhi 26 may ko hazrat nizamuddin se vapi jaaoga tejas rajdhani se train no. 12954 and aao ga pashim express se to check karna hai ye pashim express whoe to nhi jisme me aaoga aapne august kranti tejas dikhaye theh whoe train me me jaaogaa

Is it crowded during late Evening (after 8pm) basically platform 7 and 8 long distance trains , and any better restaurants outside the staion to have food before boarding late night trains.

This station lost its charm bcz of poor people coming in large numbers making it dirty
It's the worst railway station I've ever seen, it's very dirty, very crowded, miserable, and above all, my train was rescheduled more than 3 hours, which became useless to me. So I paid a train that I was no longer usefull to me.
