When I'm not offroading I'm watching you guys offroad.
Another great video. I was on the edge of my seat for chef jon while he was going up memorial rock. Thanks for sharing these wicked adventures. This trail is definitely on my bucket list.
Me too 🤣
Shaun is like a big Labrador. He sees water and he has to get in it.
Wow! Great video Casey. Love the slo-mo shots, and thank you for a great day of adventure.
Looks like Chef John should have a cook off with Shauno from 4wd 24/7
OH MAN!!!! I really like the way you think!
Cook off.. or just one massive cookout feast :D
coffee, donuts, chronic, and casey 250...startin my saturday correct!
Yes sir. Thats where its at.
It’s fun to watch the differences in your videos from the same adventures… that’s what’s great about CZcams! Great vid!
MOOSE needs his own channel! Or better yet, Chef Jon and Moose as taste tester! 😍
Moose is the best.
Great video Casey. Definitely allot of challenges. Looks like everyone did great! Will be looking forward to part 2!
Yes memorial rock we had some fun there with the new teraFlex alpine mid arms and falcon 3.3 shocks along with my 39×13.50 R 17s Would like to thinkepic adventure Outfitters …For installing my new suspension it took the whipsaw trail like a champ…. just saying…Cheers
Looks like a blast! Glad you got some good footage of the 4Runner. I have a similar 4Runner, and I would definitely feel like I was very outgunned going out in your group, it's good to see it (mostly) holding its own!
First Canadian overland CZcams channel I find. Really like your videos. I’m in Ontario. Don’t know anyone that does this down here but sure as hell would enjoy finding a group that would go out and experience this. In the mean time I’ll keep watching your videos and getting my truck ready lol keep the videos coming. Cheers 🤘
Thats is epic your videos just keep getting better and better
what an amazing experience. just added to my bucket list.
Excellent capture of the adventure! After this weekend recording at SMORR I now see how hard it is to get enough footage to keep things interesting and be able to tell the story as you go, you did a great job! Bonus points that it didnt seem like I was watching Shauns video from another angle, you made it your own!
Thanks! I really focus on vlogging from my perspective and sharing the experience from my point if view. Shaun.. he makes movie magic.
@@Casey250 Dont tell him but this time around I think yours was better :P You should check out mine when I get it finished and posted
THAT WAS EPIC!!! You weren't kidding Casey!!! 🤩
Dirty and Dangerous crew should have a Netflix show someday!
#goals
Something I learned on my first water crossing… Pull the carpets before going deeper than doorsills and don’t put anything on floor you don’t mind being covered in river water. And for anyone who doesn’t know, don’t turn off motor if exhaust is under water else it will suck up water and destroy the catalytic converters , or worse case it’ll go into motor like it’s sucking on a straw. But it is fine otherwise and can be fun crossing water if it’s not too deep or fast.
Wow! That terrain diversity along with the views…
Just wow.
Throw in good company and it sounds like an amazing time.
Thanks for another great video
You bet! Great time.
You guys have some GREAT VIDEOS
Damn close to 100° F still snow sounds amazing
It was like standing on an air conditioner
Great video to hype up before a jeep meet keep 'em coming!
OH MAN! I can't wait until the Canadian boarder opens up so I can run the Whipsaw Trail. I've been planning this trip for a long time then, COVID happened. It's just a few hour drive from home. Casey, I am jealous of your adventures, sir.
2022 I'll have something whipsaw capable. Another EPIC Adventure up the Whipsaw Casey & Dangerous crew
Great video, one of your best!
100 mile hour an hour tape, never leave the hard ball without it!!
It was conveniently on my front seat from the road side radio install 🤣
@@ChefJon250 the duct tape Gods were present
custom gladiator tail light mounts available at dirty and dangerous. lol
We need our own custom tape.
Our country is broken by division, how are we ever going to fix it? Duct tape, my friend, duct tape.
@@Casey250 yesssssss
Did you see the 2 SUVs parked about 6km shy of Memorial Rock? Those were ours. We got stuck in about 4' of snow and had to abandon them. You're welcome for the trail blazing up till that point :)
Yes, the trucks have since been recovered.
We did see them ya. Glad you made it out!
@@Casey250 Just meant that it was double the adventure!!
Awesome video!! Cannot wait for the next one!! Safe travels
I think we did it a week after you guys did we went July 2 /2021 I think #sherpaone And never let the chef go without a radio Cheers
Awesome!! Thinking about moving to Nitto’s Trail Grapplers from Patagonia’s, been very disappointed on just how fast they are wearing out. I would say I think it’s time for a tire review and group opinions of tires hood and not the greatest for example the BFG’s, same that’s on the Toyota, seen these many times. They just aren’t a good trail tire as one would think. There was a good many brands out there just in this trip alone, surly some future opinions for us…..
Also excited for your review for the local tuner once you have it done. Before the install be sure to do a 0-60 test before and after. Our Diesel on 3.5 MC lift and 38” Pat’s on stock gears according to the Tazer was 8.88 then with the BANK’s Derringer was 7.71 but already saw your opinion on it and will say towing is what it’s best suited for but as a daily I’m not drag racing and seems to only start helping after 20-30% throttle and more as the pedal is mashed. I think your local tuner will be more beneficial, long term. Don’t forget the MPG before and after as well. Ours never changed with the derringer been averaging 19-22 normal driving.
That chilli Dog is making me hungry 🌭😀
For one of our quick meals, it was still one of the best.
Wow, I was at the peak of Placer Mountain on the weekend at over 7200 feet and there was no snow even on the shady side.
That heatwave melted everything im sure.
We did that trip July 2, 2021 question one what are you guys up there I see a lot of snow and we got a lot of video of that mud hole Shaun got stuck in it was kind of cool to see all these pictures and videos of places that we had stopped at anyways just wondering when you guys were there what time of year Cheers
The weekend before you. Just as the heat wave was beginning.
Ok thank
Nice video man!
Thanks!
I wish y'all were closer! Would love to wheel with you. Maybe one of these days ill make the trip up!
Check doff oil guys for water
Good choice not going into the "mudhole". That stuff (silt) is very difficult to get out of components.
Hey man,,,, are you guys missing me yet????? Oh yeah,,,, still putting together a siphon hose for fuel. Say Hi to Shawn and the others,I'm coming,,,,,,,ooops.
Great vid!
I love whipsaw but it's only difficult if you make it so ;)
I just saw u on Atkins ave lol
Wait...WHAT!?!? What's going on with the ecodiesel delay in throttle response??? Nice adventure by the way. Cheers from Denver Colorado USA!
Still waiting for my scr replacement in a couple weeks. Once i know all the info there will be a video
Nice brother. After the trails, maybe a how to: safe clean engine bay video ei?
Epic video.
Thanks!
Wow…. That Seatbelt Lock is one Feature I’d disable ! 😳👍
So annoying
@@Casey250 #seatbeltextender
@Casey250 I’m looking at moving out to the revelstoke area next fall & wanting to get into overland/backwoods camping. How do you guys find your trails to go exploring! Thanks!
Great video the Gladiators are bad a$$ looking!
Thx for sharing looks like an epic trip! What throttle issues were you having? Curious cause I have an eco diesel..... I put the banks tuner on it so it kinda takes over not sure if I will have that problem but wondering what your experiencing. ....
I will talk about it in the next video.
Disappointed to hear the ecodiesel is still giving you problems. That sucks... I hate how hit or miss they are. Sounds like you roll the dice and get one with zero issues or one with non stop issues .
I think it could be doing a regen or the first signs the emissions system are getting pulled up.
I am wondering why the gladiators are a bit squatted?
Looks like a great time was had by all. Pity that one tail light got crunched. Look forward to part two. Howdee to Island Gladiator nice truck.
Hi Casey, i wonder if the channel logo has no grills illustrated for any reason?
I deleted them :) I wanted to respect Jeeps trademark in the grill
Bro, how good is your new roof rack comparing with the last one? Or is it too early to tell?
Night an day difference. I will make a full review after our next trip. We are changing the mounts and rails up to bring the rtt down closer to the roof. Its very stout though.
Ok. Can't wait for the full review after your next trip.
The old one looked like one of those wacky wave inflatable arm men when you were travelling behind Casey, the new one looks planted even on rough roads.
The first ad that popped up was a picture of nail fungus! You’re going to have to include warnings of disturbing content! Hahaha
What the... !!! I can't control ads and they are usually serve different ads for different viewers
@@Casey250 at least it’s not adult diapers!

@Brent Thibault has nail fungus!
@@TheStoryTillNow 🍄🍄🍄🍄 maybe Chef John can whip something up with them?
Ouuuuu nice 😂😂👍👍
I love the Gladiator but I just cant wrap my head around a $60k vehicle. Thats a years salary for me🤯. I currently have a taco and an xj that ive gad since 2001.
Thats awesome. Whatever gets ya out an wheelin! Expensive fancy rigs arent necessary.
Nothing wrong with a good ol XJ LOL🤪
2007 rav4 gets me out there
Gladiators are growing on me more everyday
If they put a 392 in one... Its going to cost me a lot of money
@@Casey250 They are long but The Story Till now seems to do just fine.
This is not overlanding this is off roading.
The objective of overlanding is extended adventure travel into the backcountry for weeks/months/years.
A weekend trail ride right off the highway is not overlanding.
Could a relatively stock jeep yj make it through the whipsaw trail taking the easy detours ?
If there is no snow I think so. Id still have a winch regardless and recovery gear.
It looks like most of the tires are still inflated , I heard deflating is what needs to be done. is that correct?
Everyone is aired down. I usually run 13psi.
Have you customized your axle for the car, or they are factory version??
All stock except the diff covers.
@@Casey250 thank you
God Bless all you offroad content creators. I don't know how y'all do it all the time as far as all the stop n go to set up shots, launch drones etc. Personally I feel like it takes away from the experience. It's like the whole cellphone at the dinner table type thing. To each their own.
How many of you drive a 6 speed?
None.
More of a water hole than a mudhole.
So, no need to watch Shaun's video. 😂😂😂
You will definitely need to watch all of the video's. There was so much going on that to even try and get a perspective of it you would need to watch all of them. Teddy is hanging on to his footage until winter. Can't wait for that. 😃
Do you just take a shit in the woods when you are overlanding?
You forgot to bring bacon?????
oh,,,you were saving it
@@111gregs there's always bacon
What’s with all those 20” rims 🤮
Because the 17’’ with 35s are ugly. I wish I wouldn’t have put 17s on my jlu.
18s with 38s
@@Casey250 I watched their build videos & they said 20 on 38’s. The ridge grappler for example does not come in 38 on 18 rims, just 20. To each their own, I think your setup is better though. Lots of people running 40s on the gladiators in the states.
