Тоже купил подобный ,и у этого лотка один минус...а именно в момент высыпания отходов в мешок ,открывается люк и оттуда высыпаются уже собранные отходы прямо в бункер пачкая его и запах:(,бее...пока дверца открыта запах невозможный...даже если вы используете дизадорант...
I have put foil (taped to very top of outside edge) over bottom of door to keep under tumble clean.

love ur video...I am weighting between this one and the "over-rated" PETKIT Dura Max as it does not have a solid bottom for the litter? How is the durability on the area where you put the litter?? What is the volume for the TRASH BAG max. liter/pounds safely before replacing (I will have 2 kittens of 3.1 months arriving in 2 weeks)..Here in Zurich, CH, it's NOT cheap to get any automatic litter boxes.
Nice video! I got this model, I set the automatic cleaning which starts three minutes after the cat leaves. After cleaning, the odor elimination starts, but it lasts a long time and I have to deactivate it manually from the app. How do you set the odor elimination time?
Do you know what the flashing auto light means? Mine seems to get stuck mid cycle and the light flashes. I have to reset it
Luckily in the Philippines, I was able to get this unit for about $200... Although I had to settle for a silver ring around the opening. My main complaint is that when it loses connection with the app, the "clumping time" resets back to 3 minutes... While I found that 10 or 15 minutes is best. I haven't been able to fix this, so if there is some sort of bios upgrade or something, I'd love to know. We were able to purchase a little snap-on piece that keeps litter from going into the crack in the front. Even better it kept my cat from sticking his but out of the front and actually pooping in that crack! That happened once... and I immediately ordered that piece for about $20 after shipping. It couldn't come fast enough to prevent the gross accident again! There is also an appropriately sized curtain, that helps keep the smell inside the unit. Personally, I can't handle cat boxes... and even with this one I'm setting up a huge enclosed cage with sliding glass doors, and exhaust fans, duct work, etc... but this certainly makes the litter cleanup manageable.
1st Thanks for the video. Have you found this particular automated litter cylinder to leak urine at any point, also are you still using the Famree & do you like it's performance more so than the Litter Robot 3 & how does the app behave?? I picked a brand new one up still in the packaged box from Offer Up for $250
To answer your questions in order, I have had NO issues with urine leaking out. Yes I am still using the Famree to this day. And Yes I like it’s performance more than the litter robot 3. I don’t ever use the app so I can’t really comment on its performance. If you got one for $250 that’s a really good deal… good job! Hi, please i have a question. My famree litter waste Door move free and stay opened, let the waste come out in cleaning. Is It normal? It has not a spring keep closed Door? Thank you
The waste door on a farmer litter box doesn’t use a spring. It swings freely and opens using gravity when rotating. If it is always open look to see if it is somehow catching on the waste containment bag. That or see if the bag is overfilled. Door should stay shut in the upright position and be fully open when it’s in the door position.

I have had the machine stop in the middle of a clean cycle a few times. However, it was usually because it needed to be cleaned out. If you have cats that don’t seem to use it, there can be several reasons why. 1. They may be scared of it since it’s new. 2. If there’s another litter box around they may prefer that one. 3. They might be using it but only during times your not around. Check the disposal bag to verify. It may take your cat(s) a week or 2 to get comfortable using it. The reason why my cats took to it so quickly, was because they were already using a Litter Robot 3 for a few years prior. When I first got that machine it took my cats about 8 days before they started using it. Hope this helps.

And even go inside when is cleaning, but I have notice few times no cat was around and it stope in the middle of the clean cycle and pause and continue I was just wondering if it happened to you, my cats are 6 months and 9 months.

Have you had any luck with contacting customer service? I tried the email address on the owner's manual, and can't get a response. I have had mine for just about 2.5 months, and I am having a problem with it dumping all of the litter into the waste bag during cleaning cycles instead of filtering out the waste only. It is almost like the machine defaults to the "replace litter" function all of a sudden. I thought at first that someone had accidentally pressed that button, so I turned the child lock function on just in case. But it keeps happening at least once a day. It will run a normal cleaning cycle sometimes. But if I don't catch that it did this, my cat won't use it when he jumps in and finds no litter. He uses other parts of the house, instead. Amazon won't help since it is outside of the return period, and I can't anywhere else to contact this company.

I just got this box. I love it. However, i find a lot of the good litter is sucked into the box along with the clumps. Is this normal? Should I get another litter? I use Phresh grass litter, from Petco. It is not inexpensive. Thank you
Ya it might be the type of litter you are using. I use Purina Tidy Cats multi-cat clumping litter. It’s rarely ever sticks.
How do we get a replacement for the waste door, the hinge is broken
Contact Famree they might be able to send you a replacement part. I have no association with them what do ever.
Litter robot did not worked for my boy. He pees standing up😢. But if the yellow plug is not very important, maybe I can just tape it?

We love ours but cleaned it out today and now it keeps sensing cat and cleaning every 5 minutes. Any ideas?
Something is tripping the weight sensor. Make sure you haven’t put in to much kitty litter. I would also reinspect to make sure nothing was damaged when cleaning. Besides that I have no idea. You might have to reach out to Famree about it.
Are you still using it ? How do you think compare with litter robot3? And any problems so far ?
Yes I’m still using it and still after all this time I prefer it compared to the litter robot 3. The only thing I don’t care for is that it’s a little harder to put cat litter in.

So far I have had no problems with urine.
I bought this litterbox from Amazon and had to return it after a few days because urine and litter were leaking from the opening of the litterbox into the base.
So how big are your cats ? Mine are used to a litter robot and I've a big boy at about 7.5kg slightly worried about the size
I have an orange tabby who’s about 9kg and he uses it just fine. Takes up the hole entire box and again he still uses it.

That’s weird… sorry to hear that. I’ve had mine for over a year and haven’t had that issue. I’d suggest reaching out to Famree to see if they can help.
You got scammed with the price, the product is available for around 80$ if you source it from China directly. You'll have about 100$ in shipping but nothing close to 600$

I have been thinking about getting one of these but my cat is a ass hole and he won't use a litter box that the other cat uses and if I put 2 in there the other ass hole cat will use both of them so I am stuck😂
Well that sucks. However, the nice thing about the automatic litter box’s they usually perform their cleaning cycle within 5 mins after a cat has used it. So maybe your first as hole of a cat might get tricked into thinking it hasn’t been used. Just sprinkle some new litter in it every so often.
