the guy in the grey hair was on the vicar of dibley-he played the sheep farmer whos sheep exploded and he had all those health problems.
the other guy-with almost no hair-was on keeping up appearances-he played richard-husband to hyacinth and brother in law to rose and daisy.

Its basically a tamed down version of the Peep Show, it even recycles the same jokes.
