  • Learn from Chef Dao in Bangkok how to prepare using traditional granite mortar & pestle Khao Soy curry. Using fresh ingredients pounded in a stone mortar until a nice paste, absolutely delicious. Normally eaten with egg noodles and chicken. Truly a delight to prepare and eat.
