I would have pumped the brake a little just to push outside the caliper pistons, cleaned them with a toothbrush and soapy warm water and then lubricate a bit with some silicone based grease. That way you don't push the grime and dirt inside the caliper when you make space for the new pads.
Hello. I have sold my haynes manual for the cbr600f and also the cb600f was in that manual. So i can not say for sure. Buth i think inderdaad the torque specs are the same.
My cbr is from 2011. A friend of my has also a cbr600r from 2012 without abs, i think it is very expensive to rebuild it to a cbr with abs, i think you better by one with abs. Because they are more then 10 years old, the price would not be that much higher.

Good tip. Thx
Hi excuse the silly question but is the procedure and torque the same with the naked CB600F PC41?

Can you please tell me what's the name of these 3 bolts. So I can know the correct torque. Thanks in advance.
Front brake caliper mounting bolts (2 pieces) = 30Nm
Front brake pad retaining pin = 17 Nm
