Oops, didn't do a good job clarifying this out of the gates: Counterscale is a cookieless open source analytics service designed to self-host easily on Cloudflare. It gives you a JavaScript snippet to drop into your web page/app (hosted anywhere), and it records visits, views, etc. It also gives you a dashboard that shows you how many visitors you got, what content they're viewing, which browsers are visiting, etc.
You can see a live demo at counterscale.dev

If you're listeners ever want to learn more about Analytics and Data Engineering let me know! I loved hearing about Cloudflare Analytics engine and I have plenty of experience with these columar databases like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift and why web developers might use these tools
