Welcome to the Retay club! I will say that gun is awesome but it does require a lot more cleaning than other brands I own. I find it also doesn’t like to cycle 3.5” shells too well

I spent 1300 bucks on a camo benelli m2. I love the gun but it does have a forarm that is is hard to seat correctly against the receiver. The worst thing is the dreaded benelli bump. When hunting with it I always reach my finger against the bolt and make sure it seated. Just the act of setting the gun down butt first while dove hunting can knock it out of chamber. Then it wont fire at all. I heard retay were ex benelli folks that have solved this issue. Have you found this to be true.

Thanks for the comments Fred. I know exactly what you're talking about with the Benelli. I myself have had several benelli's with the last being a Vinci. I had to get rid of it due to the same issues you are having. Does the retail is fairly new to me and I only used it a couple of times in the end of last season so far I have not had that similar issue like with the Benelli. In our family we also shoot Franchi and I have a Stoeger 20-gauge which has given less issues with the bolt not shutting compared to the Benelli.
