I really struggle with anxiety when driving, these videos I only found recently and they have really helped. I passed today on my sixth try! Don’t give up!

Started watching you about a month ago started my lessons Friday just gone did my first lesson and I felt I did amazing even my instructor said I did amazing was well pleased. If it hadn’t of been for your videos, it would’ve taken me a lot longer to learn on actual lessons itself, I found that watching mocks tests and the information in great detail you give before during and after the mocks were very informative

12:41 was literally like the hazard perception test- a pedestrian randomly darting across the road when there are vehicles emerging from the left, when neither the pedestrian nor the car can see them, on a high speed road with green lights (red lights for pedestrians). No wonder they make us take that test.

41:11 This annoys me so much. People think they own the spaces outside their house, I have a neighbour like this and it's infuriating. They've actually had the cheek to ask me to move before.
Legit, I hate neighbors like this - it's a public road man you don't own it
You can even legally use someone's driveway without any notice

@@chickenrun2095 Honestly google it, I believe RAC have some rules about it on their page. Basically you shouldn't block people and it's not advised but it's not illegal as the property owner does not own the driveway

It's so funny. I'm not even from the UK. I'm watching your videos. I just took my road test in South FL this afternoon, and I passed it. I Made one driving fault (slightly put my foot on the gas while doing a three-point turn). Lol, UK roads seem so complicated. If I took their test, I would surely fail.
Really enjoying these videos as ive got my test 18th I've had one lesson and told I'm test ready but I'm always learning from these I've only got two more before test my instructor told me I don't need one a week so I'm having fortnightly but she's cancelled my last.so hopefully it's all good on test day 😉 great video Brandon coming on although making mistakes even after doing it correctly but practice his getting it👍

I've been watching your videos for quite some time now and I only found out 2 days ago my test was for yesterday so I was feeling nervous but I managed to pass with only 1 minor having only 10 lessons due to lockdown
Hi, I enjoy the videos, even as someone who has been driving for a number of years now there's always something to learn! I'm interested in the specific instruction of always selecting 2nd gear for roundabout approach. Clearly if you need to stop, 1st is appropriate. If not though, from a safety point of view drivers behind wouldn't always expect you to need to slow more than needed just so you can reach 2nd gear speed. There are a lot of situations where visibility and traffic conditions are good and you could continue in 3rd gear for example with a perfectly appropriate speed. I'd have thought you'd want to be more flexible in approach gear selection relevant to speed and conditions.
Because you need to turn in 2nd or 1st, you shouldn’t be turning on the roundabout in 3rd because you won’t have enough control, so controlling your speed and selecting your gear in good time is the best way to do it

In Oxford near my house there is a roundabout where you can turn right from the left. The road markings are awful and there are alot of accidents there. My dad was one hit by a police car going straight from the middle lane, which is not allowed.

We have one near mines. I live in Birmingham. Al, our roads are weird which explains why people are are always angry driver.

Ik most roundabouts will be right lane = turning right but some roundabouts have left lane= turning right normally when right lane = straight

Hi your videos are great and helping me to pass my test however with my instructor he insists me to make sure to check my blind spot when changing lines on a roundabout however seeing this video you did not tell him too is there any particular reason why also blind spot check when generally changing lane if could answer this would be a helpful.

Some roundabouts in some areas have local rules and you do use two lanes to go right on the roundabout.. st Helen's test routes has one on it,so this isnt true..

Pin, is there anyway that I can save fuel in my car when driving on the motorway/duel carriageway? Because I have a Peugeot 206 which only has 5 gears and when I’m going 70 I sit at around 3,500 RPM which kills my petrol. I’d there anyway around this?

I think RP is the formal examiner voice. Northern/Midlands is the instructors natural accent.
