Garfield put too much tooth paste on his brush and John says that it's supposed to be a "pea sized" amount, so Garfield has a second brush with peas on it and says that it is. Just a guess though.

Jon is teaching us to brush our teeth. "They say you should use a pea-sized blob of toothpaste" is what he meant to say. Then, Garfield pulls up with a Big Chungus-sized blob of toothpaste, and Jon is like "THAT'S NOT PEA SIZED" and Garfield shows a giant green pea and says "Yes it is!"

"Pee sis" = pea sized! So they say you should use a pea sized amount, then garfild puts on a massive load of toothpaste, jon says thats not pea sized, and garfield corrects him by showing a giant pea or giant stack of peas and saying yes it is!
just had to channel my inner little kid and stare at "pee sis" until i figured what it meant :)
And reading the other comments, im not the first to figure this out, so someone else deserves your 23 dollars. But i think that is what the joke is!

I'm sorry that I have only just came across his channel, and didn't realise that he had made a video already. there was no need for (what I perceived as) sarcastic comments. a simple comment saying that he'd already put out a video would have worked, rather than live up stereotypes of youtube commenters.

so along came garfield with his tooth brush and out a gargantua ammount of toothpaste on it

The guy is using a toothbrush and the guy says "you should use a pea size" amount of toothpaste. And then Garfield takes a toothbrush and puts a huge amount of toothpaste on the brush and the guys says "whoa whoa whoa buddy, that's not a pea size" amount of toothpaste. And Garfield takes a giant pea and puts its on his toothbrush and compares it to the amount of toothpaste he put on his other toothbrush and says "uhm excuse me but yes it is". You're welcome

panel 6 - he proceeds to hallucinate from killing his braincells and talks to himself saying that there is not another way
panel 7 - his imaginary bunny giraffe comes out of nowhere and proceeds to remove his pipe
panel 8 - garfild then says yes it is showing that he could still be helped from his drug addiction and get off his path to destruction and on to a new one with lasagna
its a deep story that its main theme is that even if you need to make up your own companion do it to better yourself it dips into the sociological horror showing the damage drugs does to ones self its a deeply sad a disturbing story about a man and his own thoughts about society about how people tend to ignore what is really going on with our own addiction and problems
or there this .001 percent chance that it is talking about a pee-sized toothpaste but probably not

thats what makes the story so deep knowing that he was so young and going through these mature themes in his comic problems at such a young age makes it such a deep and depressing story it shows the true nature of a kid thoughts how much they actually think of the world and he perfectly uses a metaphor of Garfield to show it
