Potato soup - a warm caress with sausage and mushrooms

Hello cooks, today is a quick and simple potato soup, i.e. potato soup. I'm already looking for heat, where I can, but it's still nowhere, so the thick soup is still sizzling.
This potato dish is really quick and simple, not demanding on ingredients and even a beginner can do it. Today I don't even add vegetables, I really let the potatoes and mushrooms stand out. You can add carrots or other vegetables, as I sometimes do. Don't forget to try it with a drop of vinegar and tell me in the comments how it improved your taste.
This soup is so thick and nutritious that it is suitable as a main course, which will make it easier for you to think about what else to cook for dinner :-) All you have to do is bake or buy good bread or a roll and you're done. In addition, you cook a cauldron for her and you are taken care of for two days, because she does not lose by lying down, but gains ♥
