It would actually make sense, Timmy is pushed down constantly as a kid giving him low self esteem. He also had quick thinking to his problems that come up on the show.
Edit: also another big thing I thought of that would easily link the two characters: Walt lies to Skyler and the people around him constantly to protect his drug buisness. He could be really good at lying as he had to constantly cover up for having fairies as a kid.

It's really sad how that show fell off over time. Similar to Spongebob. Which is, funnily enough, why Breaking Bad (topical lol) is adored. It hand a conclusive end to our protagonist and didn't drag on for 2000 extra seasons just because it brought in money.

Jessie is actually Timmy Turner after loosing his Fairy God Parents. His parents continued to be constantly abusive to him, and with him missing a lot of memories from his childhood, he ended up getting involved in drugs to deal with the pain.

FUN FACT:
The 'Br' and 'Ba' in Breaking Bad stand for elements Bromine and Barium.
Bromine is a chemical used in the synthesis of Methylamine, which eventually is used to make Crystal Meth.
Barium is a chemical used in radioactive contrasting, and something that Walt would've had to drink to diagnose and map his cancer.
