What she found out is Sarah was somehow stuck in a bank vault for 9 days and passed away tragically. So... What I got from it, there are 13 bodies left to get out of the catacombs and they just want to be found because until they are, they feel as if they’re trapped there. Sarah came to you to try and get help for them. She like was just the communicator to try and initiate an excavation of the catacombs.
Honestly, I’d be pretty pissed too if my body wasn’t worth excavation before being sealed up for all time. Maybe it’s worth it to petition to find the remains.
I don’t necessarily think the catacombs has a bad energy itself, but there are so many angry spirits from being left there. Maybe murdered and missing? They just want to have their bodies resting respectfully. They just want to be found.
I also feel like Sarah has been “adopted” by an older spirit, or maybe even the spirit of an older female family member who was able to find her spirit in the astral plane.

Sarah definitely got trapped in a vault, but the spirit box kept saying "HE FELL." I think someone else fell in the elevator shaft. I also think Sarah was completely overpowered the other spirits and could barely come through.
I was also gonna say that it seems like it was someone else who fell down the elevator shaft! Like the kind man who came through when the spirit box said "he fell". I think something else a bit later on made it seem like that was the case too.

The “Hello” (19:22) might have been Sarah and the whisper that said “They cant hear you.” was probably the male presence you felt, or the male in the door way.

Maybe Sarah’s story is a mix of the elevator and the vault. Maybe Sarah was going down to see the vaults because she was curious, wanting to see what her dad was working with and interested by the robbing. So she took the elevator, but it fell, and she got stuck in the elevator… It would still explain the banging and her talking about “he knew, they knew” stuff. Because she could’ve asked her dad if she could go down to explore, or if he knew she was interested in his work.

When the voices were speaking as you were heading into the first room you used the spirit box app in, and there was a male voice saying “They can’t hear you” it sort of gave the impression that someone was shutting down Sarah, like they were annoyed she was trying to reach you? That's so interesting how the camera picks up voices where they were trying to say hello and then another spirit tells the other that you guys can't hear them (the spirit). It's so fascinating how so little is known about the paranormal or other dimensions. That is so crazy how when you were asking if there was a portal in the catacombs, the spiritbox had spirits saying "that's it", then "yes". Unless the spirit was referring to the question before of there being only 20 down there.
The part near the end where the woman's voice (Sarah's?) said "the vault", maybe the girl wasn't stuck in a bank vault, but an elevator vault? So intriguing!

I agree with you, it's strange that Sarah was found after 9 days, how in the world did her father not know. she got to the bank somehow! why wouldn't you search every inch of the bank before leaving for the day? I actually had an encounter with a spirit that I had to banish from my space as well as a friend’s space. It happened a month or so ago.
Long story short;
My friend and her cousin went to a abandoned school that was also built on/near an abandoned mine. She was recording one way on her phone and was looking the other way, when they got home they watched the video and saw a girl on it.
Later on she visits her cousin and her cousin’s little brother turns to her and said “got you” before looking at the door scared. He kept repeating it before he bursted into tears, probably when the spirit “got” her.
I went into work and noticed she was off, so I asked if she had trouble sleeping. She told me her story and that she was having nightmares about this girl.
She told me that the girl had dark long hair, that she was in a white nightgown that was ripped at the bottom with blood on it, no legs just a black/bloody void, the girl was tied up in ropes, and that her head was 180.
Mind you before she even explained what the girl had looked like I had asked her a bunch of questions and had practically guessed everything correctly. She also told me that she was on the ceiling wiggling out of her ropes. I had asked her if the spirit had gotten out recently, she told me it did and that it tried to grab her before she woke up.
On the ride home, after reassuring her that I had somethings for her and that I’d be back the next day, I felt as if someone was chocking me with their hands from behind.
I got rid of the spirit before she could fully attach herself to me as soon as I got home.
After giving my friend a bunch of things and some very clear instructions, the spirit eventually left after a few days.
This was creepy cool. The guide was so cool! @Kelsi the first time the guide showed the hole to the catacombs I could have sworn I heard "help me" as a whisper or something. Thank you for sharing your experience. Well done team

I wonder if the spiritual realm is similar to how the 'upside down" is depicted in stranger things. Like remember in the early seasons when Will's mother was in the same room as Jonothan, but she was in the upside down so neither of them could see each other?
Maybe mediums are people who the spirits are more attracted to simply because they can see them/interact with them in their realm, and the rest of us who havent haf paranormal experiences are invisible to them just as they are to us.

I am SO sure that that “Hello” was Sarah. I’m so flipping sure of it. Oh my god.
In the first video when you spoke to Sarah she said “manager” “daddy knew” “they knew”
It’s pretty unlikely that a 7 year old would wonder somewhere like that alone because they would be scared and creeped out so I think a “manager” or someone she knew locked her in there on purpose, with the order of her dad. A vault door is really heavy so I doubt a 7 year old could/would close the door on herself.

And as for the 3 bank robbers I heard “came through the window” (they were talking about the whole) “he fell” “his foot” “2 died”
Which could mean when they blew the hole in the wall and tried to jump through, one man fell and probably injured his foot and was left behind and died by the other 2 men, who later died in the combs.

I found this really interesting because the catacombs/bunker area, and the time period in which it’s from, reminds me of the Shanghai tunnels in Portland OR, which are a series of tunnels that run underground that were used for crime, and there is a spirit of a woman named Nina, in one of the entrances to the tunnels, and the whole elevator shaft part of this video is actually what happened to Nina, so I found it really cool watching this
