Hi im 20 years old i suffer from really bad Sciatica pain. It started the summer of 2017 when i wouoe go with my uncle who has a mobile dealting business and when i get home and start calming down after a shower i started feeling real bad pain going down my leg there was night where i was littlerly crawling. Then it went away and i was fine. But i told my dr about and he recommended physical therapy and it made it come back again. Then it was off and on then at the end of the year i had a mri done it showed l5-s1 extruded central disc displacing l5 nerve roots bilaterally and a l5-s1 6mm central para central buldge. But it didnt brother after that for a whole year. Then it came back then went away. Then during this summer it came back again but this time when i walk the pain doesnt go away like it used to so its difficult to walk then this time i ended of getting complete numbness in botb buttocks and in back of both thighs and outer part of foot where my little toe and the toe next it are numb (in both feet) i did another mri and now it shows l5 - s1 extruded central severely indenting thecal sac displacing both s1 nerve roots. And a l4-l5 7 mm right paracentral protrusion displacing right l5 nerve root. Can you please get back to me on what you recommend i see a neurosurgeon but not untill December. It really messes with me and my mental state cuz of the pain. And i also have a antaglic posture. Im lucky my job requires working at a desk because of not i wouldn't be able to move around. Just please get back to me thank you so much🙏
Sorry for mis wording but the mu first MRI showed l5-s1 extruded 10 mm displacing s1 nerves bilateraly and l4-l5 6 mm paracentral disc buldge. Second mri now shows l5-s1 extruded 11mm central severely indenting thecal sac and l4-l5 7mm paracentral subtilcar disc protrusion displcaing right l5 nerve root
Also i have mild narrowing of the spine it showed on second MRI and 10 degrees levoscoilosis of lumbar spine because of my antaglic posture
