This is why so many companies should not legally be allowed to even ask for a social security number! Bills are paid in advance and if you don't pay they don't loose out. Stop with the financing of phones and problem solved. Companies are constantly loosing our personal data with no lawsuits to recover damages for the consumer!

@beekind6267 they emailed ppl about their info and gave credits for the outage but this is soooo messy and can get messier.
